Took over an hour from the time my pizza left the store to when it was delivered to my door. So I chose not to tip. The next day... my credit card sent me a notification that $10.15 had been added to my initial charge to this location. I am now having todispute the charge. I will give minus one ?? if I coukd... I placed an order through my App at 5:01, I didn't realize it was 54 minutes until after... I placed it at 5:01. At 5:11 my order was ready but at 5:30 my order was still at the store. I decided to call and ask why if myorder was done 20 ago. I had to wait 14 minutes for Nicole to answer my call, her answer was she was by herself and with onlyone driver and hang up on my when I questioned her on why making my order so early if it was going to be cold. The driverfinally arrived to my house at 6:24 but stayed in his car on the phone. I went out and asked him if he could please give me mypizza and he told me that he was talking with his wife that was asking him for milk to their baby, really? Got the Philly Sandwich ????, It was cooked hard, And got the 8 wings bone in. They were ok, it was my first time in about 5... yrs. Since I have eaten Domino's. I think I'll stick with Pizza Hut. I know Domino's want miss my Little 20.00. Keep Trying???????????????? Read more
I submitted an order online and the order tracker said 38 minutes. An hour and ten minutes later I called the store and spoke to... a woman. I asked what was going on because my order was so late. She said she only has one driver and he was behind. I said thatif I had known that, I would have picked it up. She said, ?I don?t know what you want me to do? and hung up. I then drove to thestore because she never even asked what order number I had. I asked for the manager and a young woman said it was her. I saidloudly ?how could you hang up on a customer after asking one question??!!? She proceeded to tell me I?d have to leave if Ididn?t lower my voice. I asked for the owners name and number and she gave me her district manager, Fabians? number. I told himthis was my first time ordering from this location and the last!!! Read more
Great stuff first: pizza was hot, Brooklyn-style (thinner crust that you can easily fold in half) and ?juicy? with a good... caliber cheese. The crust had a garlic flavoring and was quite tasty. Our toppings: black olives, ?marinara-style? sauce,mushrooms and extra cheese. The delivery was contactless and on time, and the driver was courteous. COULDA BEEN BETTER: Thecrust was also very limp and just-this-side of too wet. This pizza might have ranked much higher except for the limp crust. Iordered chicken wings-plain, which were adequate and hot on arrival. This order had a 16? Brooklyn style pizza with threetoppings, a 10 piece plain wings, 3 blue cheese dipping sauces and 2 twenty ounce diet cokes, without tip was $50. I tipped thedelivery guy. Read more
Horrible horrible service. They cancel your orders for no apparent reason and you call the store and just get yelled at by... someone. I mean it's Domino's, but this place should close down or get new management, because this is not how you treatpeople! Read more
