The person pizza was just the right size for one person and delicious. My daughter and granddaughter had wings and they enjoyed... them very much. The service was quick and the waitress was very friemdly. I do hope more people especially travelers takeadvantage of this place. Read more
Waited an hour and a half for pasta, dessert and a drink. When asked about it the driver said that because it was a cash order,... the drivers think there's no tip and leave it there (Grateful for the driver for actually delivering it to me). Obviously thefood was lukewarm at best, and to top it all off there was no chicken AT ALL in my chicken alfredo. I'd give it 0 stars if Icould. Just order from dominoes instead. The food was always great here. The issue with giving this location a 2 *, is because of the employees and their service. Once I... was out in the parking lot waiting for my order. Two employees were running out the front door, to their car. The otheremployees, (3) to be exact were outside on the side of the building, cursing at one another and getting loud. Yet, I am out inthe parking lot waiting for about 20 minutes for my order. One of the employees from the side of the building got the two otheremployees who ran to their car back into the building. Here I thought they were someone's kids. No, they were employees! I amnot sure what sort of management this place has, but I know for a fact, employees should not be running around and having playtime during their shifts at Pizza Hut. This location is unprofessional in every way you look at it. If there was anotherlocation close to me, I would much rather go elsewhere to get Pizza. I think the manager of this place needs a reality check, orshould be managing kindergartener's. Waiting 30 minutes for my pizza to be brought out to me after it was ordered and supposedto be ready, is unacceptable. Read more
After viewing the picture of boneless wings online totally covered in sauce this is what I got. Several hardly had any sauce on... them at all. Don't get me wrong I totally get the menu pictures are fake but the sauce coverage was terrible. Ontop of that whenpicking up the order in store it seemed like it was a hassle for me to be rung up and presented with my food, as when I arrivedthe two workers were talking off to the side, one sitting on a counter top. Once I paid I also didn't get a thank you for yourorder or even acknowledgement that I was okay to go. Not the best interaction/customer service. Read more
Horrible Pizza Hut. I called 3 times to make sure my pizza was not burned like other times, they assured me they will. When I... got the pizza it was burn and so hard I couldn?t eat it. 2 pizza cost 30.00 dollars, and they ask for tip every time. Ordered online for delivery to my hotel. I travel for work so I get to see many pizza deliveries. I was very surprised that my... pizza came before it said it was going to, the order was absolutely correct, and hot and fresh. Great location. On a side noteI wanted to throw in how great and professional the delivery driver was as well, however I forgot to get his name and it was noton the receipt.
