This place is filty I looks like the employees don't clean between sales. They make your sandwich on top of the filt. They... give you an attitude when you ask them to get fresh veggies. They should keep in mind that customers like me are the one whokeeps the business running and their jobs. Not sure what the hours are of the subway in Fogelsville, but every time I stop they are closed. Today is Sunday 4:30 PM the... open sign is on but the doors are locked and it is dark inside. There were three people waiting outside to go in to getsandwiches and the doors were locked. Very in consistent for a business apparently you do not want to make money you wanna makeyour own hours and come and go when you please. Will not try this place again Read more
I ordered 2 chicken bacon ranch wraps online. One just has shredded cheese and ranch while the other just had cheese, ranch,... tomato, and onion. They left out the easiest part of the sandwich to understand. Please do your job or just don't show up. Its awaste of other peoples money. Read more

Ordered online two 12" sandwiches and received two 6" sandwiches instead. Of course this wasn't noticed until my wife brought it... home for dinner. The meatball sub literally looks like someone sat on it with 2.5 meatballs in it. Called to try to get a refundfor the 6" of both sandwiches we didn't received and were told they can't do a refund over the phone but would offer to havesandwiches to replace it. Surely not wasting time or money to drive back. What a joke this place should be ashamed of the orderthey put out. Terrible service. Update: I also submitted this review on Subway's website. The store owner emailed back andadvised I can have a cash refund at the store or a gift card mailed. I went in and picked up the gas refund. I was also provideda coupon for a free 6" sandwich. It's at least good to see the owner make things right. Still doesn't change the experience Ihad. Also when I went in there every employee had their masks off and the food area was open. Read more
My wife and I frequently visit this Subway, while the staff is newer they do an excellent job of making you feel welcomed and... work very hard to meet everyone?s expectations. The owner and managerial staff have also done a great job of helping with anyissues! Will continue to support this location! Read more
