We tried to go here for dinner, but they were full and we were unable too. Yet they offered us a lot of help and we got a... reservation booked for the next day at brunch. And let me tell you, the wait was well worth it. The restaurant itself is verycute and the music is nice. The waitresses/ waiters are extremely kind and helpful. And the food is amazing!! Specifically thefish and chips and chicken and waffles are extremely good. This place saved my life. I have never had such an amazing pulled pork sandwich before, and I have had many. Biting into the... sandwich was probably one of the top 5 moments in my life. Came on a Friday in July and even though it was full and really busy the waitress managed to ask us how we were doing many times... which we really appreciated. She interacted with our children which we loved and their hot chocolate had latte style art on itso our kids were pumped! We’ve done a lot of cafes and this was their first for that. Chai tea was perfect. Dill pickle friesdelicious. Shrimp roll, salad and cod and corn chowder soup were all amazing. A gem to have in Fogo. I hope others enjoy it asmuch as we did. Great atmosphere. The best vegetarian food, super friendly staff, and lovely atmosphere. The reusable napkins and paper straws are a great way go... plastic-free, and the handmade cushions add charm to this sweet local restaurant. Can’t wait for our next visit! Read more

Stopped into this place for a late lunch. We were greeted by friendly staff. Restaurant was clean and well laid out. Waitress... was also friendly and very helpful. Food arrived shortly after ordering and arrived hot and fresh. We also picked up some freshdesert to eat later in the day. The food was plentiful and excellent. Enjoyed my first experience at Bangbelly so much! Was greeted at the door with a smile by Sandy, the charismatic host and seated... at a cozy table in the corner. My partner and I ordered a couple delicious ice teas (get the Very Berry!) and ate the mostfantastic buttermilk chicken tenders I've ever had in my life! We shared the chicken sandwich and chicken and waffles, both wereto die for. Get the signature fries with seasonings! Lots of variety, lots of flavour and a great menu for any time of the day.Have been back a few times and had great cod chowder, cheeseburgers and alfredo pasta. 10/10! Read more
This place absolutely delights. From the decor, to the wonderful ambiance, to the friendly staff, to the food itself. I could... have eaten lunch and dinner here every day we were on the island. We had the "chicken" sandwich made vegan with the dill pickledfries and the vegan burger. We came back another day and had the iced tea latte.
