1, The biggest issue, when you try to call the store and get a call center asking you to place an order. I, quite literally,... could not get through to the actual store to notify them that I was out front, sitting curbside. 2. I sat curbside for 20minutes with 2 young children in the car, in the rain, and no one came out. Not to notify me of a longer wait, or bring myorder. I was in the spot directly in front of the store, and I did enter that I was there in the app. I tried calling repeatedlyafter waiting 10 minutes patiently, but I was transferred by the call center several times and hung up on 4 times. By accidentor not, when just trying to pickup a fast food pizza, this is completely unacceptable phone service. I ended up cancelling theorder after 20 minutes because I had to leave, and received quite a snarky call "confirming my decision to cancel the order"within a minute of cancelling via the call center. It's amazing that I'm out front, order placed, additional tip already addedfor the person to walk to my car in the rain and everything, and I get no service until moments after I had to cancel via theobnoxious call center. 3. Additionally, I have also sat in the store for 15 minutes once, and over 20 minutes another time.Mind you, I don't show up until after my time estimate to be safe, this is irrelevant and the store runs behind scheduleconstantly. Again, this is a fast food pizza chain, with absurd wait times. If I ever sat outside a Macdonald's for 20 minutes Iwould leave also. While the pizza is quite yummy at pizza hut, it is not a top notch, freshly made product where I expect extrawait times. Do not go unless you are certain you have time to spare because punctuality is not a thing here. I cannot recommendthis place based purely on the lack of customer service and complete inability to reach a worker in the store by phone when youdo have any issue, no matter what the issue. Thank God Pizza Huts are back in SE PA! I will say that it's a small store front dealing with the same staff-quality issues as... any food place in Delco, but the pizzas are pretty much as good as I remember. You have to pay an extra dollar for the classicPizza Hut crust which is pretty disappointing, but it's still largely worth it. Definitely look for coupons as buyingstraight-cost Pizza Hut is ridiculously expensive. Read more
I ordered my pizza online from Pizza Hut, that was a mistake! My food was not delivered by pizza hut but unknowingly by Door... Dash. My food arrived over three hours late and cold. I made several attempts to contact the store directly but there is a callcenter that you must go through to forward your calls. I was hung up on several times and when I spoke to a representative theservice representative was rude and unhelpful. Save yourself a headache and cold pizza. Don't order from Pizza Hut in Delawarecounty. Read more
I came here on the 18th for the free 100 Pizza giveaway and I was able to get one of the free pizzas. It is a very nice Pizza... Hut, the employees are very nice and helpful, the service was pretty quick too. The store is on the small side but it?sunderstandable since it is in a pretty small little shopping strip. First off let me say I haven't have Pizza Hut in about 2 years. And I was NOT disappointed at all with our lunch we ordered for... the guys here at the shop on Friday. Food was hot. Pickup was easy to do and customer service was great. The only thing I wouldsuggest is maybe asking the pickup people off they needed plates/seansoning etc. But good job Read more
Got pasta for a quick dinner. It was super dry! The noodles were even crunchy and dry. Not enough sauce
Before placing the order, the mobile app indicated a 30-minute wait time. I arrived 25 minutes after placing the order to see if... it might be ready. The staff politely asked if I was ordering or picking up. After giving my name, I was quickly handed ourorder, and the pizzas were nice and hot. We ordered three Pan Pizzas, a Cheese, Backyard BBQ, and Super Supreme, and they alltasted good. It is nice to have a Pizza Hut back in the area after so many recent closures. We will be back when we need tosatisfy our Pan Pizza cravings. Read more
This pizza hut dissappointed me every time I ordered online. It's disgusting and always seems over cooked. Today I ordered and... it was super greasy and the cheese wasn't even like pizza hut once was it was hard...the crust was chewy tasted stale andnasty....omg They are really losing their good reputation. I will never order here again and pretty sure they will go out ofbusiness...doesn't taste the same at all only normal taste was the cheese in the crust for stuffed crust....yuck. Read more
