I ordered 2 large fries. Even though there was nobody behind me I was asked to park and they would be brought out. 15 mins later... I still did not have my fries. Naija (new hire) was at the window and she had an attitude and said didn?t my food already comeout. When I told her that it hadn?t, she closed the door and 5 mins later brought out 1 small fry. I told her that I did notorder that and I want a refund. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window. After I started beeping the manager sherron cameout, he refunded me. I will never go there again and I will let everyone else that I know not to go there. I was a loyalcustomer and I do not appreciate being treated like that. Does not give what is ordered/advertised. Bought chicken box which included WINGS specifically because that's all 1 family... member eats. Only to get home and find there are NO wings. Which means no dinner for someone. ???? great job popeyes Read more
I get fast, friendly service everyone I arrive. My order is always right, always hot, always delicious. Not sure about the... complaints? possibly just growing pains from first opening. ? First time doing a review but I had to I?m gonna start by saying the managers here are great and hardworking but the staff is... the worst I?ve seen anywhere been here 5 times since it opened and my order hasn?t been right once and haven?t gotten a saucefor the chicken ever and we all already know they skimp hard on the mac n cheese but the kicker this time is a get a chickensandwich with moldy buns how does that even happen at fast food on top of that I ordered a regular chicken sandwich plain askedat the window if it was specifically plain no pickle no Mayo the women told me yes it?s plain and of course it wasn?t.
