I ordered the brisket tacos. They were really good. I wish the meat had been a little more tender but it wasn't really chewy so... I guess it passes my test! It served with chips and salsa. Mostly chips, very less salsa. Still a great place to go on a Sundayif you want to watch multiple football games or any other sports during their seasons. Waitress was very nice and attentive. As a brand, one of the better sports bars and grill type restaurants. Reasonable variety of food and drink options. Not a good... experience during our last visit - took more than 15 minutes before we even were greeted by waitress after being seated. Allmeals took an excessive amount of time to get to the table. Food was cold and two orders were incorrect. No drinks wererefilled. When "issues" were expressed, nothing was done. Unfortunate experience for a fairly consistent chain in the foodindustry. Bummer. 4.1 out of 10.0. Ugh! Had to repeatedly request napkins and silverware and still did not get items. They wereon the struggle bus here. Overall, prices slightly elevated to comparable places, good food (when prepared properly and servedquickly), and average service. Wow was this place trash. I NEVER leave reviews but wow was this place was just not it for my family. We waited around 20-25... minutes to be seated. When we finally got seated it took our waiter at least 35-40 minutes for us to get our drinks it?s tookanother 20 minutes for us to be told that they had ran out of regular fries and that we would be getting potato wedges. Finallyan hour and 43 min passed by we finally got out appetizers along with our food! Only to find the chicken tenders for our kidswere RAW which was the final straw. It was to much we got up and went to go pay only to have the ?manager? to say the chickenwas not raw and throwing the plate on the counter. We got charged for potato wedges after it not being our fault that they hadran out of regular fries. Overall the worst experience without a doubt. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. Going out to dinner tonight, me and my husband enjoyed the food and my husband enjoyed his beer. It took a long time to get my... drink. Our waitress didn't even stop to ask if we needed anything. When it was time for the check. Walking by and asking insteadof stopping at our table really shows how you treat your customers. As a former employee of Buffalo Wild Wings. We were held tohigher standards. Very sad to see the wait staff not upholding to customer satisfaction. Read more
The food was good. The service was excellent. We sat at the bar, and the Bartender did a fantastic job taking care of us.... Typically we don't come to places like this, but we got a gift card, so we thought, why not. Overall we enjoyed ourselves asthey had just opened and weren't busy yet. We would try again for sure. It?s okay, I guess. I don?t drink or do sports games so that stuff means nothing; the food by itself is just ho-hum. They do... have cheese curds for an appetizer and while they?re good, they?re just average. Not as good as Fish River or that place downat the Wharf, but passable. The Nashville Hot chicken sandwich I tried wasn?t anything like a real Nashville hot chicken. Itwasn?t spicy and it wasn?t even the right kind of sauce. It was just hot sauce, ranch and slaw on a chicken sandwich. That?snot bad, but it?s not what it says on the tin, so to speak. The thin cut fries are fairly good and salted adequately.
