Let's see where do I start. They deleted our order number never got our food until I went up to the counter. There were people... standing in line to order for more than 10 minutes. First time I went I got the 5 dollar bag it was good, went back a couple days later, got home and couldn't eat it. The burger... was hard like it had been sitting there all day and the nuggets were either reheated or over cooked. I think they werereheated. Sorry, I won't be back. This happened in Foley. Read more

Visited the foley AL bk while on vacation going home. NO "flame broiled" burger!!!!!!! Tasted funny and looked inside and it... looked raw. We thru it all away. Complained and was told broiler was down so i guess they was using microwave. Told to come backin for a free meal...Lol that is 800 miles away. $40 waisted Corporate wouldnt help either. Whomever took my order completely messed it up ! I ordered 2 bacon king meals 1 with no cheese 1 with french fries 1 with onion... rings. Both burgers had cheese and I didn't get the onion rings at all. I called the restaurant to inform them that my order wasmessed up. Asked for a manager while talking to the manager I needed to put my dog out asked him to hold on for a second and washung up on. When I tried to call back nobody would answer. So now I have NOTHING TO EAT. I CAN'T EAT CHEESE AND NO ONION RINGS. Read more
This is the 2nd time I have had a bad experience with this burger king, the food was disgusting. The fries were old and stale,... my chicken sandwich had so much grease that it seeped out of the wrapper onto my husband's burger. When customer service wascalled and we requested a refund we were informed that they do not give refunds. The employees are rude and I know for a factall Burger kings are not like this because I go to a different one and have had fantastic service, hot food and friendly people.I don't know who manages the Foley location but they need to get a handle on their night crew. In all honesty the whole locationneeds to have a whole new staff, manager included if they can't run their restaurant the way policy states. Read more
My first visit to a fast food place in quite a few years. I purchased a wopper jr, with fries, and small drink @ about 7 bucks.... Food was delivered in about 5-7 minutes, served hot, fries were done, and the taste was very good. Place was clean, well takenof, and had a friendly, quite atmosphere! Read more
