We went in while on vacation this past weekend. The crew that was there Saturday night did an amazing job. The restaurant was... spotless, our sandwich was perfect, and the employees were very kind and patient with us as we ordered, especially since it wasabout twenty minutes before they closed.... this is the best Jersey Mike's I have been to. Just overall this place has gone down hill. It seems like the team always lacks the ability to move food. Lack a knowledge of... what goes on sandwhiches. Meanwhile you have an employee stocking while this line is here. I've been here 15 minutes and mystuff hasn't even hit the grill after my order was taken. Employees lack a sense of urgency. Read more

I usually love jersey mikes. But today was not good at all. I spent 40 minutes waiting on my Philly sandwich. The two girls... working there today had ZERO hustle going on. Moved like snails. I have done nothing but restaurant business so I can understandbeing short staffed. But to sit there with probably 20 people in the store and not even try to put a little pep in your step?Taking your sweet time? No. They didn't care that I was there for so long. They made my sandwich (first hot sandwich to makenext) and made all the other sandwiches behind me as if they were all going to the same people. They let my sandwich sit thereand get cold for a good 10/15 minutes and then wrapped it up and passed out when all the other sandwiches were finished.
