Your store is charging my card over and over again. We are up to 27 charges. This needs to be taken care of ASAP! We have tried... calling the store but it gives us a busy signal. We have white castle around us. First time trying Krystal. It was really good, fries way better than the castle. The drive thru... people were super friendly and helpful. They actually both brought our food out to us after we pulled ahead. Great experience. Read more
Service was slow because they didn't seem to have enough help. Floors were dirty and there is still a must smell, even after... their remodeling. I went to get lunch for the family. I sat in line for 20 mins and watched to car in front of me leave due to wait. When I... finally made it to the speaker to order the person told me to wait a min, Unbelievable!!! To cars already left and I pull up andthe first thing you say is wait. This restaurant is one of the worst. I had to repeat my order several times and it was real simple. 12 cheese krystals with 2... fried apple turnovers. Got informed they were out of turnovers. Pulled up to the window to get the total as per the request ofthe cashier. $14 and some change. Paid for it and didn't get correct change or a receipt. Was asked to pull up and wait for thekrystals. The wait was over 20 minutes and I was the 4th car they had pulled up. I understand why they pull cars up out of thedrive thru because the owners are monitoring the drive thru times. If there were cars behind me that would have been differentbut there weren't. When I got the food there was a small fry in the bag with my 12 krystals. I guess they thought this wouldmake up for the wait. It didn't. The burgers were Luke warm and dry. Very little mustard and very little pickles if any atall. The buns were dry and crunchy. I thought krystals buns were supposed to be steamed with the onions. Hard to make a drysteamed bun. If this Krystal restaurant is owned by the same owner as the one in Daphne Alabama was, no wonder that one gotclosed down. Read more
Food was hot and fresh and Sherry who took my order went above and beyond to go find ketchup since they were out of packets and... got a squeeze bottle and put it in a soufflé cup for me.
