I got a pan and a thin crust pizza,the thin crust was fine but the pan was not cooked and the dough was white and so was the... cheese on the pizza.for two pizzas that cost me $30 dollars I expect a lot better.and by the way their "so called" Ranch diptaste like pure mayonnaise with some weird green mold flavor? If I could give a negative 10. I would. This was single handedly the worst experiences I've ever had at any food establishment.... Their disorganization borderlines absolutely egregious. It honestly doesn't matter because I will never waste my money here everagain. Heed the warning and don't waste your time. There's a reason they aren't above a 3 star rating. Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 drinks. One was Pepsi the other 2 Sierra Mist. I got my kids to the park opened their drinks only to... discover that the seals were broken and the Sierra Mist ad been replaced with water? seriously, who does that? A few weeks agowe had dinner from them the order was fine but the staff were incredibly rude! They had a line outside the door, doors locked at7pm the staff was next door sitting at the bar drinking. Up until my last visit at this location last week I would have given this store a 1 star. I didn?t even want to go but i went In... hopes they would have a hot and ready pizza as I was in a rush. I just knew it was going to be a disappointing visit likealways. I was very pleasantly surprised though! I walked in and there was the gentleman working I believe he said his name wasCharlie. He was very pleasant and he had several pizzas HOT and READY! I told him this was the quickest visit to this store ina long long time! My son who is hard to satisfy raved about how good the pizza was! If you have been discouraged with thislocation in Foley AL I would recommend you giving Charlie another shot! Short handed and sooo! Busy!!! Our online order was completed in 20min only because crazy bread was still being made. This crew... was smiling rockstars and the Pizza and crazy bread Terrific! Again they were handling phones orders and the creation processwith smiles kudos! It?s nice to give a rave review when I have blasted several failed pizza attempts with other pizza places. Read more
BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I wish I could honestly give 0 stars. I ordered online before picking it up today. I usually get the deep deep... dish pepperoni, but this one looked awful and the pizza was not cooked completely. There is raw dough on top of the hard bottom,just in case you think that is cheese. Just shut this place down... please. They never have it together and the food is neverfresh. I've had better experiences at other locations, but this one takes the cake. This place is a total disaster.
