Pathetic I wish I could do 0 stars. Poor communication. Poor service. They don?t care what customers want or asked. Literally... rude answers and did not change my cries. Fries were not cooked enough and almost like a row. Like a Eating row potatoes. Read more

I went through the drive thru on 11/15/22 and ordered 2 big Mac meals for my husband and I. When I got home 20 minutes later I... found that both big Mac's were nothing but buns, burgers, cheese, and pickles. No sauce, lettuce or anything else. I calledand got an answering machine, so I left a message letting then know what happened and asked for a call back but haven't heardback from them. I don't plan on going back here again, I would drive to another McDonald's first. Read more

Messed up my order twice, still don?t have all my food, Note I ordered for me and my two toddler children. Really simple order 2... McGriddle and 4 hash browns how do you get that wrong? I usually don?t do this I have worked in fast food and I understandmistakes happen but this was just a painful experience. I really hope they do better next time. Read more

Worst McDonalds in Foley. You will sit in the drive thru forever and once you get to the speaker no one will take your order.... Then they act like it?s your fault you have to drive up to the window to get someone to take your order. They always get theorders wrong. Their staff are incredibly rude. They need new training and new management as well. I would give them zero starsif I could. Read more

I just order some breakfast from McDonald's in Foley off of Hwy 59 about an hour ago and the egg mcmuffin that I had could've... been better. The edges were burnt. Other than that, it was still good. I just picked off the burnt edges. And it was hot andfresh. The drive-thru was pretty fast too. I've gotta say, though, that the the guy at the second window handing out orderswasn't friendly. He just handed me my order and started to close the window. He didn't smile at all. He didn't say thank you andhave a nice day. So I said thank you before he closed the window and he just nodded his head. For anybody working in the publicdealing with people, a smile and friendliness goes a long way and makes people feel good. He didn't make me feel good andwelcomed! I left feeling worse than I was feeling before I got there to order my food. I'm already not feeling all the great. And I'm tired and sleepy. That guy needs a taking to on how to be friendly to people and he needs to smile. I wonder how longhe's been working there. I don't know the guy, but he doesn't seem to have any people skills. Would give no stars if option was available. It?s a poorly managed system you can tell. Attempted frappes 3 different visits... over a 2 week period. Either frappe machine we were told was not working, or they don?t have the right ingredients to make it.Now today being my 4th attempt and last we didn?t get to find out because we went thru the drive cause lobby was closed and whenwe got to our turn to order they just continued letting the other lane order 3 cars in a row while I?m sitting at the speakerwaiting my turn. Wouldn?t be that big deal but it?s always something here with poor results if you do get results. Can?t tellthe quality of the frappe or anything cause I have yet to get it. Will not return ????????. Taking my chances elsewhere here onout. Read more

I stopped for a quick biscuit, an sausage, and a coffee., and decided to dine inside. The lady at the counter was very kind, and... effecent. My order came quickly, and I was eating, someone I believe to be the manager, was SHOUTING orders, asking one on themembers why did you do this; the person replying said this is the way the customer wanted the order. A few minutes later, theMgr was SHOUTING , I'm the manager why didn't you ask me, I'm the manager, not; didn't hear the name. Anyhow a couple ofemployees, who were working at the register; speaking to themselves, kinda looked at each other all surprised! This went onuntil I left! My point is, and I have been a manager in retail, I have been a Chief commanding over 200 people; I would not everhave spoken to any employee, or employees, in this manner allowing others to overhear our conversation in such a loud voice. However if a life was at stake; that's a different matter. If an employee or a team made a mistake, it was discussed privately, and a solution was agreed upon, to handle the issue in a different manner. Read more

Not my first choice of food but they were great. Thank you for accommodating our large group after 9pm.
