Called and placed a delivery order this evening. Lady told me my payment went through but my order did not. She then told me I... had to pay a second time and wait 3-5 business days for the first payment to be returned. Why should I have to pay 2 times whenthe 1st payment processed? Fix this!! Read more

7/18/22: Same thing tonight. Just ordered regular delivery. Pizza was good, but there was no knock, no doorbell to let us know... pizza had arrived. Found it sitting outside the front door after thinking it's been at least 40 minutes when they promised itunder that time. This is ridiculous. Why won't the delivery drivers knock or ring the doorbell, Papa Johns???!!! This is from aprevious email from their "Social Engagement Team" about this problem: "We?re sorry to hear this happened with your recentorder. The driver should let you know they have arrived by knocking or ringing your bell. We will share this with the store?sleadership team to review." Apparently the store's "Leadership Team" has still not reviewed and is not leading. They make agood pizza. This rating is just for tonight's "contactless delivery". "Contactless delivery" need NOT be ABSOLUTELY AND TOTALLYcontactless. The delivery person should at least knock on the door or ring the doorbell. We started wondering where our pizzawas, and finally looked out the door. There it was. Barely warm. Had to be heated up in the oven. We were sitting about 6feet from the front door in the TV room, so there's no way we could have missed a knock or ring. I also did not get anynotifications on my phone. So tonight, March 5th, we ordered pizza again. Again, no knock, no doorbell. Fortunately we were onalert looking for our pizza, and it was fine. After my previous review, I got an email from "Jasmine W." of the "SocialEngagement Team". Her email on Feb 10th: "Good morning! We?re sorry to hear this happened with your recent order. The drivershould let you know they have arrived by knocking or ringing your bell. We will share this with the store?s leadership team toreview. How about we get you a code for 50% off your next online pizza, at regular menu price, to make this right?" I emailedher back: "Thanks, Jasmine. I would appreciate a 50% off code." After hearing nothing for three day Read more

I would like to recognize Devin at the Foley location. I was arranging a pizza party for a large group at 11:30 AM on a day that... the location opened later. She came in early to make our pizzas and went above and beyond getting them delivered to us. We areso thankful. Additionally, the pizza was hot and fresh. Read more

Getting a stack of pizza?s the first night of beach vacation is the way to go. We just want to get settled in, pick up groceries... for the week, eat and have no cleanup. We used to try to get pizza?s from Walmart and juggle getting them in and out of theoven, but it?s just too much hassle to feed 18 people. We eat a lot of Papa John?s and log out points on the app, so this rackedup a bunch of points for us. Looks like we?re getting another free pizza after this trip. Just saying. We?ve been doing thebeach scene for years and this is the way to go. Pizza?s we?re as ordered. Oh, also, there were DoorDash people in and out whileI was there. That?s another option. Anyway, everyone liked the pizza again, and leftovers were gone by lunch on day two. Managerwas friendly and chatted with me while working with her crew. Thanks again, PJ?s. Read more

Just gross. Wings ordered plain came wet and tasted like low quality frozen wings. The "NY Style" pizza was not even close. ... Pizza measured a lot smaller than advertised, crust was limp and doughy, cheese was same old low quality papa John's cheese, notstretchy mozzarella. It was so bad, that we just tossed it all out. On the bright side, the food came on time, and thedelivery driver was really nice. Read more

The South Mackenzie Street, Foley, AL location is top notch. We specifically get takeout from here over the Orange Beach... location and we live in Gulf Shores. The team is super nice. The lead gal is great. They always greet us and engage us. Best ofall, the pizza is made perfectly and consistently EVERY time. When we discovered that this location is squared away, we choosethem every time and are never disappointed. Major kudos to the enthusiasm and hard work of the team there during a time whenmany at other businesses choose to be sour. We look forward to getting our cheat meals from here and will continue to do so. Read more

In my experience, this location has always been great for our Friday night pizza at our house. There has not been any excessive... wait and ordering ahead for delivery later in the evening has always kept the scramble off of last dinner needs. Read more

Ordered pizzas online and my email said an hour. Pizza didn?t come in that time frame. I used the tracker app and it said... another hour. I called the manager to see if there had been a mistake. She was very short, and just told me my pizza was on theway. But the tone.. My 14 year old doesn?t even try to speak to me that way. Read more
