Was in the car while my mom attempted to get help with an order over speaker phone. I?m in my 30?s and my mom, although pretty... tech savvy, couldn?t figure out how to get what she wanted ordering online as part of an online promotion. The website or appwasn?t allowing her to specify toppings. So she calls the store to see if they can help her with the order over the phone. Notonly did the young man who answered tell her that No, he could not do this - she *had* to order online for this deal- heproceeded to insult my sweet mom with profanities after he thought we had hung up. We both heard everything on speaker and mymom was so embarrassed we ended up going to a grocery store instead to get a frozen pizza. I am absolutely appalled atthis. Having seen the world transform in the last 20 years from little technology to a world where we rely on it, I rememberwhen employees acted as if they cared, and companies treated their customers with kindness and respect. I?ve worked in plenty ofrestaurants and food service enough to believe that Papa Murphy?a could have taken 45 seconds to figure a work around and treatmy mom like a human being. Very disappointed in your standards and ethics and I hope others reading this take our experienceinto consideration our experience before supporting your store. Read more

Great pizza, and you cant make it for that special price of $10 on Tuesday. Might end up being the normal Tuesday dinner.

Pizza was pretty good until I found a black hair that spanned the entire length of the pizza. They need hairnets.

I have never had a problem with this store until now, I placed a order for multiple pizzas, when I called to place the order, I... had to get keep repeating what I wanted, and in result my pizzas were wrong. So we called the store, they did not takeresponsibility for anything, and claimed it was our fault. $80 worth of food you could aleast corrected but that's okay notworth spending my money there anymore. On my most recent visit, I was greeted and served by the franchise owner. He has employees that do a good job, but he's the... best. The most generous with the ingredients. All in all their pizzas are the best save none. If you haven't tasted on yet, youare missing out big time. Read more

All was a great place to get pizza. Big portions. If you go on Tues its $10 large or $12 for a dbl layer pizza. Always friendly... staff. Just a fantastic place. You may have to take it home to cook it but hey you know you will definitely get to eat it freshout of the oven instead of that 15+min drive home that makes the pizza cool/cold by the time you get it home.
