My only complaint is their big Popeyes sign out front stated $6 box...2 pieces chicken, sides, etc. and when I ordered they told... it ended today. I was probably the first customer. 10am arrival. Take the signs down before leaving the day prior, pls. Veryfrustrating for customers ????. Read more
I wish the portions at Popeyes were a little bit bigger, but they are always delicious and fresh as can be. The best thing to do... is wait to get some coupons in the mail and go up and get some of the excellent savings that they offer. You will find these inyour local paper or circular. Read more
I came to get lunch for about 6 people I ordered a 20 piece family meal on the app. And now I?ve been sitting in the parking lot... for an hour and still haven?t received my food. I?ve called 3 different times and when I asked is this normal I get I don?tknow. On the 3rd phone call the manager picked up told me they were working on my order now her and the GM. The first person Italked to twice was very rude but the manger was more pleasant to speak with. Will probably never use the app again if this ishow it?s going to work. Never had an issue with this Popeyes until now. If I could have canceled a $60 chicken order I wouldhave and I would have went to Zaxby?s right down the road or maybe I should have went to Gods chicken. Read more
This restaurant gets a negative star review from my experience and it's due to how incredibly rude and unprofessional the... employees and managers are. They not only take their dear sweet time taking and filing orders, I've been met with eyes rollingat me, being ignored completely for 5 to 15 mins every time, I've never been greeted as I'm entering or thanked or told tohave a good day. It's just a bad environment and vibe all the way around. I could understand having a bad day every once in awhile but I've never had a good encounter with any employee out of the more than a couple dozen times I've been. Extremely busy, extremely slow service. We waited for about 20 minutes, dining in, went up to check & our order hadn't even been... worked on. Eventually got a to go order for someone else. Waited 45 for our order to be made & given to us. Didn't get thesauces we asked for & fries were cold. More customers were also waiting this long. The drive through spots to pull up & waitwhen asked were all full, while the line was too. I wanted to ask for a refund but there was no way I was waiting even longerfor that. Showed up to this Popeyes at approximately 9:27 to a rather lengthy line. I got to the window to order at approximately 9:38... only to be told they closed at 9:30 after I had driven approximately 20 minutes to get there. I explained to them that theirsite says 10:00 pm and also that I had been waiting in line. They went on to say that ?someone? needs to change it onlinebecause they close at 9:30 and that there was no food left. I drove around and looked at their sign on the door of the which Itook a picture of and it said they closed at 10 as well. Several of the workers saw me taking a picture of their hours ofoperation and gathered together and started laughing. The absolute worse Popeyes I?ve visited. I do not recommend anyone goinghere!! Chicken from today's order. Tried just sending Popeyes an email asking for refund..but emails will not go through on their... server. Popeyes...if you're listening...what is a good email to request a refund of order. Lobby is closed.. so can't just stopby location. Read more
Very friendly staff, manager on duty was outgoing and made me feel welcome. He made sure the food was hot and fresh and double... checked my order. Enjoyable experience compared to some other locations in the area. Will come back again. Read more
