Walked in for breakfast and was not even greeted. I waited a long time to be attended (10 mins) and there was no one in front of... me in line. The workers appeared miserable and like they would rather not be working there. The look on their face said itall. I ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and was waiting for them. I was given 2 and then proceeded to eat, still expecting thelast one. Nothing happened so I went up to the counter and the forgot to make my other one. I was billed for it, but somehowonly was given 2, so I had to wait for my final sandwich to be made. I would go to a coffee shop that is more put together andprofessional. I recommend some serious intervention from the manager. If someone is seriously unhappy to be working there, theyshould just be fired. A worker's attitude is everything for a business, and it is what new and returning customers look for. Read more
Really good food, coffee, and service! Not too crowded, and prompt service. Would highly recommend stopping by here for... breakfast or lunch. They even have cannolis! ???? Read more

Stopped on our way back home and got a quick cold brew bushwhacker-style. Tasty and a good treat for the drive. The rainbow... bagels and NY bagels looked tasty. And I got a great color changing cup! Read more
I love stopping in here. I have been to both locations and each time the customer service has been fantastic. The food is... delicious, the bagels are shipped from NYC and taste amazing, and the coffee is fresh and hot (or icy and cold if you prefer).My favorites are the asiago bagel toasted with cream cheese, the bagel not, and the bushwhacker frappe. My only critique is thatthey could go a little bit faster. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes for a coffee drink, but if you have the time, it's worththe wait. Read more
