We stopped in to have some fun with the kids since they were out for veterans Day. We started by grabbing 2- $20 cards for the... boys to play games. About 5 min in the ski ball wasn't working but had taken our credits from the card. I told the manager andthe lady fixed the machine and gave us credits back on the card. Awesome. I planned my daughter's 5th birthday party here and I have to say, that was the best decision! Lori was very helpful booking... the lanes and showing us the ropes. The day of the Party, Lee was OUTSTANDING! I can not praise him enough. He was basically apersonal assistant and is amazing at his job. He took care of 12 adults and 5 kids like a pro! Had a blast! The staff are super friendly and helpful. We had fun bowling. The pizza and chicken tenders were delicious.... Erin/Aaron in the ticket redemption area was soooo patient and kind with our kids. He went above and beyond to be helpful. Will be back next time in the area. Read more

We bowled, played arcade games, and had a delicious seafood dinner at this large facility. The also have a laser tag facility,... but we didn't try it out this time. The restaurant menu is simple, but the seafood was perfectly done. I think the blackedgrilled fish was the best I ever had. The corn fritters were perfectly fried, great Cole slaw and fried oysters. This place is suffering from putting off maintenance on a lot of it's games. 5-6 of it's arcade games were down out of their... 20-30. The laser tag only had 7 working units and the staff didn't explain the game at all. The scores at the end didn't showon the screen and continued to glitch out the entire time. Bowling was alright, but given how we were working on timed gamesthe slow response speed of maintenance when issues happened feels like we lost 10 minutes of our time. Their taco catering leftmuch to be desired. The selection of taco toppings was dismal. All that was provided were salsa, sour cream, shredded cheese,tomatoes, onions. Where was the lettuce , jalapenos, olives, gauc/avocado? Their chicken quesadillas were good. The generalfeel is that they're short staffed, lax on maintenance, and it's apparent at least one of the staff members didn't caremuch. They can only ignore these issues for so long until their reputation takes a hit. Updated review to 2 stars because theowners keep making excuses instead of fixing issues. If they can't deliver on their promises, then they should be charging fullprice for their venues. Read more
