We have been to Wendy?s all over the country and are always satisfied with our experience. Until today. Not sure what is going... on with this franchise in the southern part of Alabama (Mobile and now Foley). Just doesn?t have the same customer service,cleanliness, and hot fresh food as in years past. This particular visit consisted of the drink machine having no ice, 3/4 of thedrink selection being out, and an unknown greasy substance all over the floors. And chairs. And tables! We tried wiping off atable, with several visible dirty napkins, but the grease still existed! Just a little too much to overlook. Thankfully the foodwas still delicious so we just ate on the road. Hopefully this was just a bad day and they can right the ship. Stay strong. Read more

Got 3 bacon cheeseburger biggie bags. No bacon nothing but condiments. Buns were cold, fries were cold. Bad deal.I won't go... back. Had to wait for a long period of time. Tried to call but the phone must be off the hook. Shameful!! Read more

This Wendy's was disappointing. I ordered a burger and the cheese was just kind of haphazardly thrown on the burger and wasn't... melted. This place really needs a good cleaning too. There was not one clean table and the entire floor was sticky. The staffwas friendly at least. Read more

I understand it was 45 mins until closing. But after a long 14 hour shift at my own job, I just wanted some spicy nuggets, and... fries. Only to be told that their fryers were off and they could only sell burgers.. poor choice of "pre closing" task. Read more

Food at this location is always very good. It's fresh, hot and made to order, even the fries. Just like most of the other fast... food places in foley, there are so many people at the peak hours during each day, you can't be in a big hurry in stopping to getyour lunch. That's just the way it is these days. Other than that, I love Wendy's. Read more

This location should just permanently close. Employees will argue with you over an order and what your coupon says without even... looking at it. From what I?ve seen and others as well due to the other poor reviews they like to be closed anyways so just makethat permanent and let a better business have an opportunity. Read more

Ordered online to save time instead ended up waiting 35 minutes. After telling the employee at the drive thru speaker we had a... mobile order (mind you we sat at the speaker in total of 15 minutes) 5 of which In silence until the employee came over theintercom and said ? I?m sorry please give us a few minutes it?s a disaster in here? . When we got to the window after sittingfor 5 minutes they asked us what our order was and in total it took 15 minutes for the food to come out. While the employeeswere laughing inside like they?re having fun. We arrived at 8:15ish and left at 8:49pm Saturday September 3rd this is Patheticthe absolute worst experience I?ve ever seen from a ?Fast? food restaurant. Read more

I remember this restaurant. We stopped because we were passing through coming back home from out of town. We stopped here and... my food and husband's food was fine. It was good. I had an apple salad. But my 3 year old daughter had a kid's meal with a sideof apples. I just happened to be looking at her apples and noticed that some were rotten. I was so disgusted ???? anddisappointed.???? I can't speak for others, but in our case, the employees should inspect their food. Read more
