Probably one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I've been in. We were there for sometime just talking and we did eat as well.... The whole time we were there the employees were cleaning. I mean really cleaning. Like wiping down all the tables and seatsfollowed by wiping them down with disposable sanitizing wipes and I mean everything, including the outside of the garbage can.The food was good, hot and came out fast as well.. I would say whoever is running that store is on top of their game.. keep upthe good work. It's nice to see some pride in a business. Hit or miss. Normally the burgers are great, so I cannot complain about those. I suggest sticking to the hamburgers when you... come here. Avoid the chicken sandwiches (probably worst I've ever tried). Amazing the night and day difference. That said, theevening staff just keeps messing up my experience here. The last breakfast I bought I could not even eat the biscuit and gravywith onion rings I got. The gravy was cold, gross and so thick it wouldn't even pour out of the container. Plus, they'd dumpeda large amount of sausage and grease on the top, which smelled and looked disgusting. The onion rings were refrigeratorcold--how does that even happen? The bacon egg and cheese was cold on a dry, hardened biscuit and this was merely two hoursafter breakfast started being served. A year or more ago, I never had these problems, but now it's a 50/50 toss up. To thepoint I've quit going there for anything outside of an occasional hamburger maybe once a month. At least the staff have beennice. I hope it improves soon. Read more
We frequent this Whataburger the most due to the frequency in which we have soccer games here. The food always comes out in a... timely manner for a party of five with good quality. Missed out on five stars because the tables and floors are usually sticky. Read more
The food here today was great. Hot a d freshly cooled burgers , hot abd tasty fries. The soda station had plenty of ice and... beverage choices mixed just right This location was clean and service was good here. The men's restroom was clean, and at kedwith the needed essentials. Read more
Not greasy. Fresh condiments. Very busy but they didn't skimp on ingredients even though they were in a hurry.
If I could give zero starts, I would. When coming in they said the wait would be 15-20 minutes which was fine and we still... ordered our 3 combos. 30 minutes later I asked how much longer for my order. I overheard when they said my order was forgotten.15 minutes later I get my food and notice I didn?t get one of the three fries and I let them know. Which the manger said I hadto pay for them since I didn?t pay for them which I looked at my receipt because the girls did forget to ring my last order as acombo and only ringed me up for a burger but somehow when ordering I did get the drink. I told her it was Their fault for themistake and wasn?t going to wait another 40 minutes for another order of fries. ?Manager? was very rude and careless. Read more
Absolutely terrible!!! We ordered, and waited over 25 minutes for our food which was honey barbecue chicken sandwich, onion... rings, southern bacon burger and fries. The food was cold and the burger actually made my husband feel nauseous. The peoplebeside us waited for a half hour for their food. We will NOT eat at the one in Foley, Alabama again. Read more
