I love Casey?s breakfast pizza so I swung in to grab a slice. No pizza. I asked and was simply told ?I just got here?. So... grabbed a breakfast sandwich and it looked terrible so I opted for a hash brown, can?t screw that up. Ha I was wrong. Absolutegarbage one bite and the rest in the garage. Caseys Pizza is our families favorite but there is something wrong with this particular store. Their wait time is unacceptable.... I understand busy, no control over that. Staff your store. One person making pizza and two walking around the kitchen. Literally drove to St. Cloud and got pizza and was back to Foley before our order would've been done at Caseys! Read more
I've always had a good experience in this casey's I think it has been years since I've had a rude cashier. The employees I've... dealt with are great especially marco who always greets you when you walk in and is always in a good mood when i go in. Butaside from that i want to acknowledge the girl i spoke with today 7-6-20 at around 9am. I didn't catch her name but i called asi lost my dog who i love dearly. I asked that that if they saw him to please call me. She was so sweet and kind when i explainedthe situation. She was even kinder when i called back to say we had found him. They have good pizza, but everytime we order from Foley it takes over an hour to get our food delivered. Online gave an... estimate of 40 minutes last time. After 30 I called and was told he was on his way over. Waited another 40 minutes and called tocancel as the kids were starving. She said again that he was on his way. He arrived as we were leaving to go out for food and Isent him away because at that point I'm sure my food was cold. I noticed that he had a friend in the car, is that somethingthat's ok when you are working? I like the food, but the service leaves much to be desired. Read more
I love Casey?s Pizza. It is by far my favorite take out pizza. But this location has some of the worst management I have ever... experienced. Employers openly and loudly proclaiming they won?t do their required duties. Employees not doing their job, twoorders in a row completely screwed up and three out of six pizzas not even cooked when we arrived to pick them up. Then a $2.00discount on over $60.00 dollars in pizza. Please... Joke!! Failures like these are caused by poor management. I ordered 30.00 worth of food- I get there to pick up and the woman that was supposed to be making my food was outside smoking.... The cashier, a very nice young man went to get her and 15 minutes later she decided to go in and make my food. The cashier triedto apologize for her actions. I was not the only person waiting for her to come n make food! I will never get food from hereagain! Read more
We have loved caseys pizza forever! But over the last few years lots of the stores seem to be having problems. Old expired... food. Rude employees. And pizza that's beyond gross! Casey's is know for its pizza and if you can't get that right you shouldjust close up shop! This pizza was supposed to be large extra cheese. There's no way there's extra cheese on this pizza. Infact there's so little you can see the crust through the cheese. ?I've posted comments about several of the stores we've hadbad and good interactions with.
