Pizza has not been great as of late, on our most recent meal from the Hut the pizza was trash. It was undercooked and doughy and... the crust was so chewy it was like eating taffy but not as good. This has been the norm over the last couple of months. Theprice goes up and the quality goes down. Maybe they would be better if they had competition but as of now they can just phone itin slinging subpar pies. Do better Pizza Hut. Read more
I give this restaurant one star. All just because everyone working here isn't at fault. Usually I never write bad reviews. They... Gm lack professionalism. Every time I call she slam the phone down and had a nasty attitude. She served me cold uncooked food.Left off my sauce several times and didn't acknowledge her fault. And all because she don't like me but claim to follow therules. Of course that's a lie. I never called corporate on her because during times of inflation it's difficult as it is. I haveempathy. I order from here often. Twice their staff has really screwed up. Tonight I called gave my order all my information etc. I was... told 30-40 mins I called back after over an hour was put on hold multiple times only to be told they had no order for me. Aftertalking to a supervisor I was told there was nothing she could do but retake my order and I could wait another 40 minutes orlonger and she wouldn?t even give me a discount for their screw up. This is THE WORST place to order from! I have had trouble with them EVERY SINGLE TIME I have tried to order from them... from... not getting the order right... bringing pizza with hardly no topping on them... forgetting part of the order at the store...soyou get part of it, then have to wait on the rest... More than once, they have simply decide that they want to cancel the orderinstead of delivering it! Seriously, EVERY SINGLE TIME, something goes wrong!!! Our pizza had no sauce on either of the 2 pizzas we got. The breadsticks were literally the only good thing we had. You would... think one of the pizzas would have been made okay but neither were. They forgot to give us our 2 liter with our order and had togo back in to get it. Only one was working the 2 registers even though there were multiple customers waiting to be helped. Read more
Food was hot, fresh and fast. Both pizzas were baked to perfection with good amount of toppings. We ordered contactless curbside... pickup and that worked like a charm. Next time we're in Folkston we'll be sure to order from here again. Read more
It takes twice as long for this location to complete your order, and the reason is that one of the two ovens they have is broken... and the owner makes no effort to fix it... Really?!? I'll make sure next time to order from somewhere else. Read more
