Disgusting. No Tuna. Employee?s gloves were filthy and he was touching all the meats explaining what was available(we have a... menu) Food items were uncovered and we were the only customers at the time. Don?t order on the app. Food wasn?t even started 30 minutes after app said it was ready. Employees are very rude and even though... I was in the store in line they skipped me and continued to make the customers? who came in behind me food. When I asked for arefund it was a big issue and I was offered cash. I had used reward dollars as well so I needed an actual void and this seemedto be a big issue. The rude kid working told his boss that I needed a refund because I couldn?t wait one minute for my sandwichto be ready. Never mind the 25 minutes I spent inside of the restaurant already while being skipped continuously. Will not go tothis location again. Read more

I know this is a cliche thing to say, but if I could give them a zero I would. Sorry not sorry. They are rarely open on time and... then when they are they never have the ingredients that they need to make the sandwiches that they advertise. It really makes nosense for this to be happening every time I try to go up there. Hopefully someone from management will see this and improve thestore. Sadly, I may never know because I don't plan on going back just to be disappointed all over again. Read more
