AVOID!!! This place is one of the most dysfunctional restaurants I?ve ever seen. First night we tried to eat here the hostess... told us food would be such a long wait and that this place could be a reality TV show because there?s so much wrong with it. Weshould?ve seen the writing on the wall here! We return the next night. It takes 1hr 10min for food for 4 to come out, and whenit does it was almost all wrong. Two Caesar salads were ordered, but apparently they were out of everything that comes on aCaesar, so they ?improvised? using random ingredients. Our ?Caesar? salads were just arugula and feta? The piece of fish on thesnapper sandwich was ridiculously small for an $18 sandwich (pictured). Bad communication by the server as well, who hardly saidanything to us?probably because they were so understaffed. All around an awful experience. This place has so much potential (funatmosphere, great location, rooftop, etc.) but is clearly poorly run by management/owners. Read more
The crawfish weren?t as flavorful as I had hoped and wasn?t filling, especially not for being $29. The mermaid drink however was... awesome as well as our very friendly and attentive server! Very nice air conditioned inside and a cute roof top bar for drinks with an ocean view! I ordered the salmon poke bowl and the... folly beach punch (a $9 drink but they gave me a $20 drink) that was my only complaint! Service was great and atmosphere wasawesome! Read more
This wasn't my first time here however I had an weird experience that wasn't food related that rubbed me the wrong way overall... the food was ok but my other vists where actually great. I loved the Tacos I had before unfortunately I didn't get to eat myfood since it came out to late but the waitress was very accommodating and apologetic about the whole thing. I will return Ibelieve it was just a fluke. Read more
Went on a nice 70 degree Sunday, which made it busy and Jimmie our waiter was excellent. I?m pretty sure he was 1 of 2 servers... and was very attentive. On top of that, the food was very tasty and well priced. I highly recommend the 1lb of peel and eatshrimp on Sunday for $10. Wonderful place! Read more
Great spot for low-key lunch/drinks near the beach! The rooftop has a great bar and amazing views. Friendly but laid-back... service. Quite possibly the best fried shrimp I've ever eaten. The fishbowl drinks are good, but very strong! My friend and Ionly had light food and one drink each, but the entire menu looked amazing. Will definitely stop by on my next visit to thearea. Fantastic chicken burger!!! Soft, juicy, perfectly cooked!! Decadent, perfect fries!!! ???? The sushi was a little sad, but I... don't think there was a sushi chef, so it's not too surprising. If I want sushi, I'll just go to a sushi bar. I did get mysoy-to-wasabi ratio perfect, so that was nice... overall... great service, friendly staff with Tanner and the humans, andthere was really incredible food!!! Read more
