Went thru Drive Thru@ Lunch Time 4 My Hubby & I.... wasn't busy @ all Surprisingly...Order taken with minor additions like... Extra Lettuce & Tomatoes But absolutely NO ONIONS on mine PLEASE!!! Order was correct and Perfectly Delicious! They were soquick tho, they forgot our receipt...but hey we were still in Parking Lot so ran back in and retrieved it 4 the Free Code...Ladyapologized and thru in a Large Drink so now I had my own now!!! Whoo-Hoo! Not that I mind sharing w/ Hubby, but its nice 2 haveyer own! ???????????? 1 of our Favorite Fast Foods on the Go-Go-Go! Thats not changing anytime soon! This place has gone down hill, slow service, cold food. Cold burger and cold fries handed through drive thru. Stone cold.
Obviously a large selection of wine and booze. I feel like the beer section needs work. It would be nice if the beer section... was divided up by type, foreign vs domestic. Also local brews Read more
Carl's food quality is sad. One staff member was out of uniform, on his phone the whole time, and using profanities freely.
Closed at 8pm on a Saturday night with no posted work hours or signs stating your closed. Lights off and drive-thru ordering... station turned off as well. All other ways to look up hours says your open until 10pm. Your business model is horrible. Read more
They don?t appear to follow their posted hours. Tried the drive through at 6:50am Monday morning. No one was there. Hours posted... on the window and online said they should have opened at 6am. Read more
Carl's Jr is one of my most favorite fast food restaurants. Their products look more like their advertising pictures than any... other fast food place. I hate it when a get a burger that doesn't look anything like what I ordered. Carl's also has Frenchfried zucchini which is better than French fries any day. Prices are high, but where aren't they now days? The taste makes theirproducts a better value to me. Read more
It took 15 min to get the food, it was sitting there while the girl at drive thru text on her phone and then when my son went to... eat, there was a long black hair in his hamburger. Absolutely disgusting!!! Read more
