To say this is the worst Chipotle I?ve ever been to is an understatement. Person making my food was incredibly rude. I asked for... two sides of guac, and he fills it halfway. When I asked him to put more in, he responded rudely saying he already gave me some.I?m sorry. If I?m paying for two sides of guac, give me two FULL sides of guac. Read more
Just choose the Bidwell location. This chipotle is just bad? needs a new manager who is more satisfied with customer service and... customer happiness than cutting costs on side tortillas and telling employees to give skimpy meat servings? it was the smallestscoop of meat diced into bits smaller than my rice. Chipotle is charging for the tortilla on the side when ordering a burrito bowl. They said the tortilla had gone up in price so... they are passing it on. Keep in mind that their prices in general have gone up, as has most everything now days. Ya, I get it.I They have to pay higher wages now. But. I've been ordering a burrito bowl with the tortilla on the side since I started goingto Chipotle more years ago than I can count. They said that this charge started 6 months ago. I've been to many differentChipotles and none of them have charged me for the tortilla on the side. If they have, they have never mentioned it . It's thefirst time I have seen this done. If I just ordered a burrito I'd get the tortilla without an upcharge, as part of the burritowhich makes sense. I'm not getting a salad and asking for a tortilla on the side. Maybe that would be different. This is aburrito that you're putting in a bowl (less messy this way) which normally includes the tortilla which would go into thebowl. They would sometimes ask if I wanted the tortilla in the bowl or on the side. I would ask for them to put it on the side.They would heat it and wrap it in tin foil. This isn't an unwrapped burrito bowel. That's not what they call it. It's a burritobowl. Because I questioned them about this, a fairly aggressive employee dismissed the actual server who was helping me. (Hewas probably new, was nice and just doing his job). Bantering now, the aggressive employees created an escalating situation. He suggested I speak to a manager, which I said I didn't want to do and to just make the bowl. He didn't! I stood there waiting,with a line behind me. The manager showed up, although she didn't announce herself as one. It just continued from there. Ifinally asked her if she was the manager based on her behavior. Again, aggressive. I had already said that wasn't necessary.The original server had already heated and had started to wrap the tortilla and then it just sat there. T Read more
Man these online orders are the worst, got both orders completely wrong one order has rice when requested no rice and the other... was a salad and literally has no lettuce besides two or three random pieces. Ordered chicken for both but somehow one is somekind of pork. Read more

Can't get simple orders right. We ordered: Tortilla ?? Chicken ? Cheese ? White rice ?? No beans placed on our order as kid... won't eat them. Guess the kid is supposed to eat tortillas stuffed with rice? We wait for it to be delivered and it's all wrong.Ugh Read more
Kids quesadilla missing from quesadilla meal, just got box with rice and guac. Luckily had cheese and tortillas at home. My... steak tacos had maybe 3 slices of meat in them. Not the heartiest meal.
