Prices have increased dramatically while portions have decreased - extremely disappointing. Also, this location keeps online... orders behind the counter instead of the "online order" specific shelves they have out in the lobby. Waited for my online ordernext to the shelf for 10 minutes while it was next to the cashier the entire time... so whats the point of the online ordershelving if its not used? Read more

We came in today and the card reader went down right as we were getting our food. The girl at the checkout counter was very nice... and handled the situation as best she could, but even after 20 mins they couldn't get reader working again. We waited and theycontinued to take orders this whole time, not telling any new customers that the card reader was down. One person even walkedand left their food. We were ready to leave too, but after asking us if we had the app (we didn't) and if we had cash (we alsodidn't) they had the people who had cash pay, and then finally decided to let us go and comp our meals that had been sitting onthe counter for 20 mins. At that point they were telling new customers that they could accept cash only. We finally went and satdown to eat, and two bites into my bowl I noticed a piece of what looked like a plastic work glove in my bowl. I didn't want tofinish eating it because frankly, that's disgusting. I brought my bowl back up to the counter and showed the younger man who wasthere, he then showed what I believe is the manager, who shrugged it off. The server turned back to me and said "sorry aboutthat" and then threw the bowl away and turned to help the next customer. Uh...hello??? I did eventually get a replacement bowl,but I had to ask for that. As someone in customer service for 7+ years, the proper response in that situation is "I'm so sorryabout that, can I make you a new one?" This location really needs to work on their customer service training. If customers arewaiting for their food and can't pay for more than 15 minutes, you should give them their food and let them leave. Not ask themif they have cash or the app and THEN comp them once they say no. Its not anyone's fault the system is down, certainly not thecustomers. Comping a few meals is not going to sink your ship. Cannot recommend this location. Read more

Ordered food off the Chipotle app for delivery, delivery person brought the wrong order. Okay no problem, but Chipotle app... doesn't offer a solution to rectify the issue. I drive to the store and bring in the wrong order which was delivered and tellthem the situation. The girl at the counter asks the manager what to do and the manager says sorry it's through the app and theyaren't responsible for the mix up. I tell them all I want is my food remade as my order was still sitting there and wasextremely cold. First the manager says no and finally after me asking politely multiple times she finally gives in andbegrudgingly remakes two burritos. Wow, way to do me a huge favor. Poor service from end to end. Do not go to this location. Goto the Iron Point location where they are competent and polite. Order number E6C-EA4 Read more

I have ordered 3 burrito bowl online and just got sample chicken (attached pic) no rice no beans no salsa no top off things... nothing in any of the bowls but charged $9 for each bowl total $27. I was shocked to see just chicken without any toppings andasked the guy in the counter about missing top off .he was so rude to even respond when I asked to talk to his manager he wentto kitchen and came back saying that his manager doesn?t want to talk to me and he doesn?t want to fill the missing toppings.The customer service is so bad and as if they are doing CHARITY to me after charging for 3 burrito bowls. Is this how CHIPOTLEtreats its customers or only this manager and employees in this store are DISCRIMINATIVE???? They are neither helpful norapologized. Read more

I ordered a two burrito bowls with double meat online to pick up in store, and this is what I got when I opened the bowls at... home. 100% not worth the money spent on this. Extremely disappointed with my service. There would have been more meat in asingle serving if I had gone through the line in the store, but I assumed I would get the same level of service ordering online.I won?t make that mistake again.
