Waited over 1.5 hrs for pizza. I called the store and they said it would be about another hour. Ordering on line easy, getting... your order not easy. This is the second time this has happened. Ordering through Grubhub at another pizza place. Read more

Service is poor! The deliver wrong items, burnt items or half your order most of the time. The place you on hold at the store... level and never pick back up the phone. They never appologize or own their mistakes. I am suprised they are still around outof 15 orders we have gotten 3 coreect orders. Staff do not seem to care, and the culture needs to be overhualed! They are extremely understaffed. Initial pick up time was 8:15pm. Went there and the employee there said they were just two, and... it was going to take another 30 minutes. Went back and came after 45 minutes. Now the story was that they are now going to workon my order and it was going to be another 15 minutes! If they could not fulfill the orders on the promised time, they shouldn'tbe taking that many orders and should not give false promises on the delivery time. Every Friday and Saturday night this place is complete chaos. Pizzas that should take 30 minutes to make take about 1.5 to 2... hours to make. The app tracker completely lies about the amount of time that is needed to fulfill the orders. The crews seem totry their best to complete the orders, but they appear to be woefully understaffed. Management should come to this location onFriday and Saturday night to re-evaluate their staffing levels to meet customer demands. Read more
I ordered over the phone and they gave me a wait time of 30-45 minutes. After 70 minutes, I called the store and asked about... the delivery status. The employee said that it was going to be another 45 minutes to an hour for my order. I said, the lady Ispoke with on the phone with earlier said it was significantly less. She then replied, 'who I spoke with earlier was the callcenter, and that I always need to assume an hour and a half to two hours for Friday nights. I told her what I should assume isthe time frame that was given to me from the employee that I spoke with earlier is correct. She didn't like that answer, andhere we are. Read more
