The worst slowest unprofessional service!! Didn?t greet or look my way for about 5 mins. I was the only one in the store. Forgot... to make my to go coffee for 12 and then took forever to make it. Talks for throwing up bro g sick and nothing but goofing off isall I saw. I was in store for 25 mins for 2 dozen donuts and a jug of coffee. I respect the janitor to the billionaire the samebut do your job with some pride.. if it doesn?t pay enough get a job that you can respect but do it with some professionalism! Read more
This was our first time here, we came here to celebrate a special day for my kid. I ordered just a dozen assorted and they gave... me 12 jelly donuts. No biggie, must?ve been a miscommunication but I went inside to fix the issue and the young lady was soannoyed and irritated with me. She insisted that they were assorted because some were cream filled some were jelly filled and Ipolitely explained I was hoping for a bit more of a classic assortment. It was literally 12 jelly donuts lol. This REALLY upsether. She was super rude for no reason. It feels really silly to have such a weird experience over donuts but this young lady wasso unnecessarily angry and rude to us I honestly couldn?t believe it. Store wasn?t busy. Drive through wasn?t busy. Idk I?m justposting because I hope someone at the location sees and establish some sort of re-training. It?s super uncomfortable to visit abusiness for something so casual as a Dunkin? Donuts and to be treated so disrespectfully over something so absolutely minor. Read more

For the last 6 months, they have intermittently been out of essential ingredients, early in the morning, to make their menu... items. Including, but not limited to, eggs, tortillas, mix to make their drinks, and bacon. When brought to mgmts attention,all they can muster is "sometimes this happens." Should I not expect better, even if the place has 'donuts' in their name? Read more
Great service, coffee, and donuts! I ordered an iced signature latte with whipped cream but one of the workers forgot to add it... (and even chose a lid that didn't allow for the cream) but the guy who rung me up noticed and fixed it! Their donuts weredelicious and fresh too. (05/2/21) Read more
