Came on a Sunday morning at 10:30 with our 7yo and some of his friends - got one lane for the kiddos and one next to that for... the parents and we had a great time! The front desk was nice, they had all of our sizes in shoes available, balls were in greatcondition with plenty for all of us, and the new setup for the lanes was great! The kiddos enjoyed the bumpers & the littlebowling ramp thing. Had a super sweet waitress who grabbed us some mimosas, energy drinks (loved the tropical red bulls!) andyummy garlic fries! (the ranch is A-mazing!!) We hit the arcade afterwards and let the kids get a few prizes. All in all agreat time and we'll definitely be back! Read more

Front desk tonight. Context doesn?t really matter much as customer service should almost always be kind, understanding, and at... the very least, somewhat helpful. A woman with black hair who smokes cigarettes and a man with a light colored beard up frontdisplayed none of those qualities. They were rude, and unprofessional. I understand at the end of a long shift, dealing withcustomers can be difficult, but when your customer service can turn someone?s fun experience into something very different, as aowner, that?s the difference between returning customers and not. 2 stars because food service was amazing, bowling was fun, andrenovations were great, but the bad often overshadows the good and my groups night just wasn?t the same. Bad service. The dark hair female bartender goes out of her way to be rude. I spend way too much money here to be treated so... bad. Don't value regulars then ill take my money somewhere else. This place has a reputation for bad service. People only comehere for late night food but now we new options with friendly service that arrived over summer. Read more

Not handicapped friendly. The blond lady Mal was very rude and condescending to us. She rushed us out 1 minute after our time... was over. My cousin who is mostly blind struggled to find his items and she made him feel awful. Then she proceeded to tell usthat ? you know you have to take those shoes off right??. As if we were too dumb to how RENTAL shoes work. If your party has anyhandicapped people, I highly would not recommend this location. After reading all the other bad reviews it is clear that Mal issingle-handedly ruining this store reputation. I only hope that they fixed these mistake and improve their customer service. Read more

Not a place to take your family ! This was one of the worst customer service experiences we have ever had.. As a local business... owner it makes me sad to know that 1 person person has the power to ruin your reputation and run off so much business and costyou so much revenue. The heavy set blonde lady with the baseball hat behind the front desk counter, Takes so much pride in beingrude and stuck up. Even when she was politely and professionally confirmed you could see the joy she took from knowing sheruined our family's fun day. My brother and I decided to take our 2 families to the bowling alley today and boy did we regretit. This lady single handedly was responsible for 4 different families walking out and she could care less. I sincerely hopethe business owner has an opportunity to watch her in action and see what She cost them. Read more

Worst customer service ever. We were booted off our lane when we had one frame left to bowl. She picked up our food and moved it... off the lane. I didn?t ask her to touch my food. We spent $150 today at FLB and it sucked. I?ll never go there again. Thewoman was rude. We paid for an hour from 1-2 and again we were kicked off our lane for the 2:00 reservation. It was only 1:50and she didn?t allow us to finish our last frame!. I would never recommend this bowling alley to anybody and the woman who worksthere should be fired. Read more

We started going here years ago but the last few times have been horrible spent a couple hundred dollars to be treated rudely... and have a good portion of my bowling time wasted on them having to constantly fix the machines. Than having my beverage glassestaken before I was finished with them without being even asked. I'm so very disappointed as I really used to love this placebut to spend a couple hundred dollars and be treated so rudely is horrible. We unfortunately will not be going back as this isthe 3rd time in the last year I've had this experience. Read more

Good experience bowling, but first impressions are everything and front desk / customer service needs improvement. Docking two... stars for the following reasons: 1) not greeted upon entering, 2) not asked about wanting lane guards, 3) $3 for one-time usesocks, 4) bowling shoes were in very POOR condition, 4) not instructed what lane we'd be assigned after paying so I had to ask,5) staff interrupting my transaction to have a friendly conversation with a regular. As a first timer here, I would haveappreciated a more welcoming experience. I don't appreciate having to learn the ropes on my own without being offered anyassistance. Read more
