I have had probably 99/100 perfectly executed orders. Having been a restaurant manager, I know how difficult it is to keep... clean. Non-slip clean floors, friendly staff, fast service. I noticed prices are consistent throughout locations and constantlyreadjusting as operating costs decrease. The only thing I would improve is lower fat content in beef (10-15%) and higher qualitybuns in all locations. Read more
Normally really good. I go here regularly. Insanely long drive thru lines with little space to manage it. However, I just had a... bunch of hair in my burger. Fries are often under cooked or burnt if they are busy. If you go early in the day the fries aregreat. Read more

Honestly my favorite burger ever. Staff is always so friendly. Tonight I went at 11pm and there were TWO cars in front of me.... Holy cow. That's never happened to me at any In-N-Out EVER. What a good boost to my night. I would have taken a pic of myDouble-double, but I was so hungry I parked right after getting out of the drive-thru and shoved that burger directly into myfacehole. Super great burger and animal fries. Lived up to the hype!
Great bang for your buck. Good portions, very tasty burgers, very quick, and very cheap. My experience in time in particular was... fun, I didn't realize it, but should have in hindsight, it was Friday at 11pm, peak hour for teens hanging out, and with thatcame the usual, loud conversations, newest fashion off the hallways, etc etc. It's not a bad thing by any means, I mention,just a bunch of young folk having a harmless and good time. I mention it because I expected the food to take a while as result,but the line moved quickly and the order went through quickly and the food came out quickly. I should also mention that all thiswas also at the same time as the drive through being completely full and backed up. The staff here handled themselves well, andreally, my hats off to you guys, you must have served hundreds of customers in such a short time. And in addition to the quickturnaround, the food was very cheap, and I really enjoyed it! I ate the cheese burger animal style with fries and a drink, afriend of mine ordered a burger with fries and a milkshake, and another friend ordered a double cheese burger animal style withanimal fries and soda. We also got the cheese burger with a lettuce bun to have a gluten free option and it was also verytasty. Let me know if you ever get poutine on the menu! Read more
#1 fries well done, extra grilled onions and ketchup only. That's my standard order and I LOVE it. In N Out had done a wonderful... job of creating consistency across the brand. No matter if I'm in Folsom or Vegas or in the middle of Central Cali, it's alwaysthe same good burger n fries. Read more
