Time was 11:35 PM and it says that they close at 12 PM, i see all those kids running inside the store but the screen at the... drive through was shut down and no one talked to me or asked me what I want, i was waiting for 15 minutes they kept looking atme from inside but they dont answer. you owner or manager you need to do something about it. Tried to order through drive through. The girl was not listening, kept having me repeat myself (probably 5 times), had no idea... what one of the items was I was trying to order that I ended up just not getting that item, get to the window and have them readback the order before I paid?? no words. Get my food, I am frustrated at this point. Get home and realized I did not receive areceipt, the drink I paid extra for, and numerous more issues? 1) I ordered 4 tacos extra lettuce- I got extremely soggy oldtacos which did not contain extra lettuce and the lettuce it did have was brown and wilted. 2) I ordered the ultimate breakfastcombo with curly fries and a Dr Pepper? the sandwich was assembled sloppy, the curly fry bag was half full at best and I neverreceived the drink. I am honestly scared if I eat the sandwich I might get sick. 3) I ordered a double jack with cheese no onionno mustard. Again was assembled in correctly and contained NO cheese!!!! 4) the nuggets I ordered for my son were cold I use towork at jack in the box as a young adult? it is NOT rocket science. I have been to jack in the box twice in the last 2 monthsand BOTH times, food was incorrect and my full order was not received. I will not be giving jack in the box my business again. Read more
If I can leave zero Stars I would you don't know how many times I have been to this Jack in The box and either their schedule is... not right or they're supposed to be open and people are in there and they say they're closed at first I was not going to leave areview but this has to be the 12th time I've went to Jack in The box when they are supposed to be open and only this locationand they say that they're closed tonight I went at 11:00 and they close at 12:00 to be told that they are only doing doordashorders which to me makes no sense because I drove here to make an order to get some food I don't know what's wrong with thisJack in the box but they have serious issues with staying open or having people provide great service when they don't know howto serve anybody please either change your staff to people who actually want to work or provide a schedule that is correct so Idon't have to waste gas to go to Jack in The box when gas is $7 thank you and goodbye Read more
Second time in a month - get an order and there is practically nothing on the burger. Then - half way through the burger a nice... long hair. Called the store, no answer, left a message, no return call. Filed with the Better Business Bureau. This was aftertwo calls to try and resolve the issue. Read more
