ordered a couple of salads, fries and a sandwich to go. after opening the bag realized that the sandwich was missing. went... back into the restaurant and let them know. they gave me a new sandwich and took the original sandwich off of the bill. laterthat evening I found the missing sandwich covered by fries. called jacks to let them know I made a mistake and that I owed themmoney. Total waste of money and everyone was wearing hiking boots, who wears hiking boots to a funeral?Service sucked and the table was sticky and so was the booth. It was so loud it made me sick.
