One of the best tasting Kentucky Fried Chicken places. Chicken taste really yummy and not stale and usually they have stuff... available. I can tell they're usually fry in fresh oil because some other places you can tell they have use old oil and the foodis over fried and stale but this is like the best KFC in the whole Sacramento area that I found maybe there are others but Iwent to several other ones and they're like garbage. All the bad reviews are real. Food quality here is below average. I ordered two piece thigh and leg meal around dinner time.... Chicken was so greasy, old and dry. Probably had been sitting there for hours. Mac and cheese was dry and tasteless. Probablythe worst I've ever had. Will not recommend. Read more
Horrible experience with the food(chicken bucket)and with the management. Ordered 10 piece weekend bucket after picking up the... order within 5 min we opened the bucket and it was total disappointment the batter on the chicken was falling apart it was toooily and soggy not even close to crispy. I called up the manager to notify about our dish but she thought I am calling her toget a free chicken and offended me saying I won?t give the chicken back rather will give me a free side on my next order. A wordto the management not all will complain to get a free food. I was calling to notify about the worst fried chicken I have evertasted. Mistakes happen but if you are not ready to accept the mistake and rectify it then it is really bad for the business.Loosing one customer today might not be a big deal for franchise but it can be significant over the time. My brother and I visited here for lunch and it was understandable that the lobby was closed for being short staffed, but our... experience with the food could not have been a result of the same staffing problem. I asked for their 3 piece chicken box, butlo and behold there was a leg and a wing, which I believe is only 2 pieces of chicken. The A&W Root Beer and the Diet Pepsi wegot to drink turned out to both be root beers (despite the "diet" bubble on my brother's lid being pressed in, and mine wasn'tso it's not like they thought we both got root beers), which were bland and not really carbonated. The chicken was alrightthough, although it was also a little bland. But to be fair, the biscuit was good, and the lady who took our order seemed nice,even if service wouldn't be considered "outstanding". Still, I would not recommend coming here unless you plan to dine in thelobby (which you can't currently due to said staff issues), that way you don't discover the mistake with your order until you'realready home.
