Left behind in the wake of McDonald's remodeling. A cramped dine in and a broken soda machine might not have been the worst part... of it all if not for the floor and tables looking like the aftermath of a ketchup bloodbath. The napkins never even making it tothe trash drenched in red with a "Wet Floor" sign toppled on the floor doing its job better than the restaurant. Read more
Lady at food pickup window had a bad attitude. She frowned, didn't speak, put the fries in the bag upside-down and didn't give... us the happy meal. Of all the things to forget in an order, forgetting the kid's meal might be the most messed up, in myopinion. The lobby closed at 4pm. We were bummed about that. Went to the drive through. No line but the girl taking our orders was... horrible. We had to repeat our orders many time. Still got it wrong in the end. And they didn't give us everything we ordered.We had to ask for our food. Some items were missing. We were missing drinks too. And they forgot to give us straws. The crispychicken was not crispy at all. They lost in the chicken war. Read more
This McDonald's was a very nice facility it was clean an presentable they even cleaned the hanging lights over the tech bar... which had numerous electrical outlets to plug into when another employee wiped the tables it was the entire table and not just afigure eight wipe down, the floor was swept .. the food was hot my special request was made perfect as was the balance of mymeal theres a play area for children which also looked clean and presentable over all I am very impressed by this facility andtheir attitude toward presentation and the public. Good seating, conveniently located next to outlet mall and light rail station. Excellent indoor play area for kids attached to... the restaurant. This location does have drive-thru and mobile ordering. Not very crowded and ample parking always. Read more
Horrible!! I spent my whole 30 min lunch break in the drive thru during the remodeling, and the speaker at the drive-thru wasn't... working. Fries were cold, the hamburger bun was hard, like it was stale. Never again will I visit the Iron point mc Donald'sagain. Not the 1st time drive thru was slow. Just a very un pleasant experience for about the 5th time, kinda feel stupidthinking it will change. Next time hazel is my place for mc d, wayyyy faster and HOT food!! Read more
