Absolutely horrible customer service!!! The lady cashier was just rude. She charged us for bottled water when we asked for a... glass to serve ourselves, and then got mad when I asked for a refund. It was a pizza buffet, and they only cooked pepperonipizza. The salad bar wasn't fresh. I will never go back again. Read more
This place is clean and deals on weekday?s pretty good. The reason I give 2 star is we tried their buffet on weekdays?there?s a... lonely pepperoni pizza lay on the buffet area, and salad is not so fresh. There?s no other customers beside us. I told myhusband do not try buffet, seems like they are not prepared, but he insisted to try. Lady at register kind of rude. At the time to pay, her phone rang and she talked on the phone # didn't talk or look at me again... (it was just me, ordering for one, so can be quick and easy. I ordered to eat in, just a mini pizza. I sat in dining areawaiting for my personal pizza. Virtually empty dining room but me. Pizza never came. I finally inquired, and the pizza wassitting in their warming cabinet. She couldn't even bother to call out my name, saying it is ready? I remember last timecoming here they were kind of rude also. How hard is it, really, to warm up a bit to your customers. "Gee, maybe that guypatiently sitting there wants to know when his pizza is ready. Maybe I can even bring it over to him."
