I'd give zero stars, I used to come in everyday to get their new parfait with 2 very simple modifications, I'd ask for it to be... put into a bowl instead of the small cup they originally offer because it's impossible to mix in the original small cup andsecond I'd ask for extra parfait "mix", apparently a manager was present one day and over heard my order, that manager saysnothing to me and instead gets their employee the next day to tell me the order is... now get this, you might want to sit downfor this... " it's too complicated of an order" and that they can no longer sell it to me, I reminded them I am paying extra forthe mods and in addition they allow modifying on every single other item on their menu! You can modify all smoothies all bowlsand everything else on their menu but the parfait is apparently off limits and "toooooo complicated" to be put into a bowl evenif the customer is willing to pay extra for the mods, absolutely zero customer service! This is the new customer service we allexperience in food places now, if you ask for anything extra or modded there is no willingness to serve the customer and it'smet with a flirt of attitude and employees spiraling into micro exhaustion along with a dash of anxiety, it's too much effort todo what they already do for every single item on their menu??!! ????????????Welcome to Gen-Z or shall I say Gen-LayZ! ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE The only reason I gave two stars is because the smoothies are so good, but I always come away feeling... slightly negative at the least from my visit. They never greet you no matter how many people are or aren't there, your mobileorder is always minimum ten minutes late; And if they have any sort of line it's like the employees lose all their manners. Theyreally need a good manager to make sure the (very, very young) employees treat the customers better. Read more

First time I had a açaí bowl from here, I was pleasantly surprised by the taste & texture of the bowl. However we ordered a... few recently, & all of the orders were messed up. Just some examples, they used peanut butter instead of almond, put almost nogranola on top, & were stingy with their drizzle when we asked for extra. Pretty disappointed, it seemed like we ordered from atotally different place this time around. Read more
