Tldr; this place changed for the worse in just two years, DO NOT RECOMMEND, even for just a quick bite. My boyfriend and I used... to come here pre-pandemic every now and then. I usually got their spicy Korean bowl even though it seemed this place specializedin more western pasta dishes. At the time, it wasn't my favorite Korean noodle bowl ever, but it was palatable and I couldfinish most of it. My boyfriend usually ordered the Japanese pan noodles. We came here finally, after a couple years, only tounfortunately discover this place has gone downhill, as we predicted. The way the food is made changed dramatically. The Koreanbowl used to be more savory, a little of that umami factor most Korean noodle dishes have. The Japanese bowl tasted more nutty,American-fusion style. There also used to be real shiitake mushrooms in their Japanese noodle bowl. Now, they added ketchup orsome sort of sweetener to the Korean noodle bowl, and it doesn't compliment any of the flavors at all. The Japanese bowl now hasregular white mushrooms and tastes worse. We ordered pot stickers this time, and even the dipping sauce for the pot stickerschanged for the worse. Like the Korean bowl, they added a sweetener that doesn't compliment chili or soy sauce. The food was quick and hot. Seems fresh. 2 stars because it's just not good food. Nothing else to say. The facility is clean and... the staff is friendly, food just sucks. Will not being going back. Wanted to try it. I did. Never need to again. Read more
My first time in this place! WOW! I loved it! I always thought it was Chinese only. But mac n ???? Buffalo Mac n cheese, etc. I... had cheese Tortellini with Parmesan cheese crusted chicken. WOW! So delicious. My husband had a Chinese noodle bowl. He lovedit! The young gals working there were so nice! One was so helpful and enthusiastic! She overheard my husband saying nomushrooms, so she said,'Well let's replace it with,"...and she named off a bunch of veggies. Read more
This restaurant has a lot of noodle dishes and the food is great. Pesto, Mac n cheese, spaghetti and meat balls and the Korean... meat balls are all my favorite dishes and the bread and butter is amazing but don't forget the Rice crisp treat for later Read more
Love, love, love Noodles! I run into so many people that think it's an Asian noodle house. It is not! Their pasta and salad... dishes are very good, better than what other restaurants offer. If anything, Noodles menu has an Italian influence. You reallymust eat here! You won't be disappointed. Read more
Unfortunately I ordered steak stroganoff yesterday and a Mac and cheese kids meal. The steak was dry, it looked like beef jerky,... and I kept getting this weird sand texture in every other bite. My daughters meal was okay, she did say the noodles were soggy.Not sure what is going on but I?m fairly disappointed since Noodles & Co is one of my favorite places to go.
