Somehow in my 45 years I've never eaten at Olive Garden. I stopped for a late lunch, I was concerned because the parking lot... was packed, but I did not wait to be seated. My server was outstanding, the wait was reasonable considering how busy it was. The food was good. Was it the best I've ever had? No, but it hit the spot and I have no complaints. We had a wonderful experience dining for lunch at Olive Garden on Iron Point Rd. location in Folsom. This was a mother/daughter... lunch date I had with my girls. Our server, Terry made this a lovely experience. He was kind, attentive, funny, intuitive andknew what we needed before we did! We never once had to ask for anything, he anticipated our needs and met each one with ajoyful heart and a great personality! I would like to say, the best service I have ever encountered in my 60 years and can’twait to go back with my family! The manager stopped by our table as well and was also very nice! Pleasantly surprised with this location. I hadn't been to olive garden in a while and the last time I went it wasn't so great.... This time everything was perfect. Every worker that we encountered was happy and provided great service, especially our waiterMaximilian. He came back to refill our waters, soup, and bread sticks many times. I never had to wait for anything and I lovethat. He was also in a great mood, cracked jokes, and made it a fun experience. Food was all fresh and not over seasoned (likeso many chain restaurants do). The Service person was great. However, the food sucks. We didn’t receive our complete order. The service person requested the... entire order, which took forever from the kitchen staff. On top of everything, they ran out of carry-out and had to give outsmall carry-out. We were informed they ran out early on the day of the large carry-out. Me and my mother in law came in today and we had Terry as a server. He was a very nice man and very responsive. He was timely... knowing we were in a rush. He definitely is the best customer service person I have met at an Olive Garden let alone any otherrestaurant. We dined at the Olive Garden located in the city of Folsom, CA. We ordered the "Tour of Italy", Fried Calamari, Shrimp Fritto... Misto and the salad & breadsticks.
