The two young ladies who were working 7/3/22 closing shift were absolutely awesome. We were vacationing in the area and I... already tried 2 fast food places in the area and they were closed at 8pm. Pieology was my last chance at getting hot food for my2 kids and wife in a timely manner. It was 8:45pm and I asked if it was still ok to order. They said absolutely and to come in.I personally hate being one of those people who come in when places are closing but I had no choice this night. They happilymade 3 pizzas for me and provided awesome conversations. One recommended a spot to check out in Santa cruz and the other hadsome great life insight. One of my fav make ur own pizza joints. Priced correctly and friendly staff. They recipes are amazing.i prefer this over any... other bigger chain ???? as the size is perfect for a single person. Absolutely divine. Without exception, the best pizza I've ever had. The crust (the rising one) was crispy and fluffy in all the... right places, with extra sauce to my tastes, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering they were working on ChristmasEve, I commend them for even normal customer service, but they were stellar and we shared quite a few laughs as it was my firsttime at their restaurant. First time at a Pieology. I would have to say I like the crust options and the drink selection. I only saw one sauce but there... were many cheeses to selet from. I was given a number for my table and they brought the pizza out to me when it was ready. Thepizza was delicious. Read more
Two consecutive terrible experiences at this place. It used to be good with friendly customer service but of late, it is very... disappointing. First time, they gave the wrong pizza crust than we ordered and it was not well made either. We had to toss itaway at home. And today the person who serviced us was very rude, hesitant to change her gloves since we had allergies,immediately imposed new rules on veg topping limits(3 to 5) beyond which will be charged but this was never advertised in thestore and exhibited racism in her behavior. The lady had her friends just behind us and none of the above rules were imposed onthem. I never expected this service from Pieology. I am hoping the management takes note of this and educate their staff. Iwould think twice before going to Pieology Folsom again. Read more
