Horrible manager. We ordered pizza-20 minutes before pickup-without mushrooms and had to wait for a remake because they put... mushrooms on it. The manager told us she is remaking it because she didn't want us to go home and see the mistake and have tocome back. We told her we always check the pizza anyway, but she explained that we cannot due to COVID they seal their pizzaboxes so we can't check it in store. Then they remade the pizza and brought it to us-unsealed-so we checked it, again with asecond mess up. Causing us to wait more. We asked for two ranches, not knowing it cost extra, so we asked if we could have itfor free in honor of their multiple mistakes. I ordered for pick up and parked in the 'Contactless Pickup' space; however, no one came out. After waiting for about 10... minutes, I went in....it had been ready for about 15 minutes. Delivery guy had front desk call up to my room when he got there . And front desk lady said she explained to him the shortest... route to get to my room but he insisted she call . I was told $41 over phone but when I went down stairs it was $48. So I didn?thave enough money so I had to call up to the room and have my nephew bring down more money during that time and he told me hewas gonna step outside and wait because he was in a hurry I proceeded to give him the money without a test and then when Ilooked at my pizzas the sticker that they put on from my benefit on the Xfinity box is ripped and Torn. Pizza guys is one of my favorite pizza restaurants. The pizza is unique, even though they have the classics. The Chipotle... Chicken is the Best. I love the BOGO deals. Can't find a better deal at any of the other chains. Only $25 for 2 Xtra large Read more
