Stopped in before going to The Punchline Comedy Club. (Around 7:35pm on a Friday) Steady. Not busy. Service was OK Food was... good. (Ordered: Boneless Buffalo Wings, two hamburgers/fries.) We are Royal members and visit fairly often. The food is always superb. The problem we've had the last 4 times during the... afternoon has been a rude, curt waiter. He makes a normally fun atmosphere very unpleasant by his snide remarks and rushing usthrough our meal. He really takes away from the ambience. Read more

This place has really gone down hill unfortunately. Service was subpar and my egg was burnt to a crisp on one side. I asked for... it to be re-cooked and it came out runny and raw on the top bc the cook never flipped the egg over and under cooked it.. Whodoes that, not to mention my server only checked on us one time and I had to ask for my water to be refilled as she cleaned theone other table she had in her section. It can't possibly be that slow and you can't provide your one table excellent service tounless you just really don't care. Read more

This place is absolutely gross, and has terrible customer service. Not only was the food bad but the actual restaurant was... disgusting! My daughter and I went in there for dinner around 6:00pm on a Monday. It?s wasn?t busy at all and little to mysurprise almost every table in the restaurant was dirty and full of dishes. They literally sat us in a section with 6-8 tablesand not one was clean. We were completely surrounded by dirty tables. Then when it came time to leave, our server was nowhere tobe found. I checked the bar and hostess stand with no one to be found anywhere. I end up walking back to the kitchen to find anemployee to get a box for my daughters food. This is when I noticed it wasn?t only the section my daughter and I were in thatwas dirty. I kid you not, they probably had a handful of clean tables in the whole restaurant. Every single one of the tableswas dirty with leftover dishes on them. We will not be returning to this DISGUSTING restaurant. Stopped by on a Friday late evening (around 10pm) and the restaurant was empty. Literally not a single table seated besides 1-2... guest at the bar. We were seated right away and food came out promptly. I got my usual go-to royal Red Robin burger & it tastethe same every single time. Amazing. Also ordered wings as appetizer and we enjoyed them.
