We tried Skipolini as we craved for a pizza and we drove by often. I called and ordered family size pizza: half Prego pizza and... half Martinelli. The wait time was about half an hour by the time I arrived to pick up, I waited about 5 minutes for my pizza asit was quite busy at the restaurant. The pizza itself was delicious. The ingredients tasted fresh. Both type contained lots offilling (esp. the Prego). The crust was well cooked and the chewy. However, both were too salty for our taste. The lower ratingwas due to the price of the pizza. For around $45 (with tax & tips) for large pizza, it felt like we were paying artisan pizza.Hence, it was a solid 3.5 stars. Not sure if we?ll coming back for this as there are some cheaper alternatives around. Read more
Great food, especially the extensive selection for vegetarians. One dish had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long,... otherwise everything else was fresh. Attentive service. Fair prices. Rare mix of nice ambience and good TV placement for sportsviewing! Read more

We have not eaten "in" this restaurant yet, but the outside seating is really nice. They have an area with ceiling fans to keep... you cool on hot days. They allow dogs on their patio and will bring water for them if you want. They have an outdoor playstructure for the little kids. I really enjoy the atmosphere here. The food is okay. A little over priced for what it is, butusually is cooked very well. We have only been here twice, but I would expect that we will be there again. Very nice forfamilies with smaller kids or people with dogs. Read more
I've tried pizza at the best locations all across California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico. This place has the best. Best... crust. Best white sauce, and the toppings are obviously high quality. Please come here, your mouth will thank you! Also, Tony!MVP! Read more
Great pizza! My son's #2 all time favorite and he is a true expert when it comes to pizza. Great outdoor seating and really nice... inside bar area. Plenty of TV's to catch a game. The staff is awesome and very friendly. Wish we lived in Sac just so we couldgo there every week. Read more
First off, Skipolini's is not just a Pizza & Pasta Place, it's an experience. Atmosphere is reminiscent of Family Time. It also... has a romantic vibe, Great for a Lunch Date. They feature a full bar, with screens for sports and news, dining booths andtables, seperated from bar, along with outdoor seating as well and a play area for children. Order ahead, for pick up or walk inand dine. Customer Service is excellent and Food is Super Good. Read more
Stopped in with my friend this evening and had a great dinner. Carson attended us and was very friendly & had great customer... service. I ordered the Italian Wedding Meatball Soup and it was so much more delicious than I expected after adding theparmesan. Will definitely come back to try their pizza! Read more
