My husband went in today to get his usual and the lady at the register was too busy talking to another customer or someone who... worked there that she completely botched his order. She was rude, gave him the wrong drink size, drink order and he had to payfor his extra shot that he didn?t get. Unfortunately, because he was rushing through for work he couldn?t complain tomanagement. This is ridiculous though. When you?re working just do your job. Very long wait times. Don't recommend if you're in a hurry. Drive through took over 10 minutes just for a regular coffee.
Worst coffee shop I?ve ever been to. 6 people working, no cars in line in the drive thru, took 10 minutes to make the worst... pour-over I?ve ever had (basically water). Tables were filthy, seats had crumbs and freshly spilled liquid. Ownership must needto pay them more?absolutely no sense of pride or ownership in that shop at all. Order is wrong almost every single time. Lady in the morning must not like dogs as she makes it a point to give pup cups about... teaspoon in quantity. Super lame. Starbucks on Saratoga way is by far a better experience. Read more

Been coming here for YEARS! Even before they moved from across the street into this new building. I can say I'm very pleased... with the fast service, quality drinks, and great treats???? I am giving this Starbucks a 4.6 Overall Score: -inside thebuilding is very roomy and nice for meetings or meeting up to study. Accommodation score: 8/10 -the drive-thru is typicallyfast moving, however due to covid and other current circumstances the line has been piled up to the point where more than halfof it is across the street into the Raleys parking lot. Drive-thru score: 6/10 -the baristas are VERY friendly... by far themost friendly baristas I've ever met at a Starbucks, VERY pleased with how they behave. I think this is my new favorite location to go to! I don't know who the girl was who took my order but she was so sweet and so... nice and didn't make me feel rushed.
