It's always great when the pumpkin cream cold brew is released for the year. This is the best location in Folsom to pick one up,... often times other locations provide a flavored creamer in the coffee. But this store always hands you nearly an inch of velvetcream that is thick and lasts for as long as you drink. Read more

I tried this place three times and the drinks were never good. Employees are nice but I think they are in dire need of training... otherwise it's just waste of money. Also, beware of the Starbucks policies because these employees are going to screw you overor at least try to. Read more

I used to love coming to the store but as of late the store always seems severely understaffed. I don?t know if it?s a problem... with staffing or scheduling but the baristas always seem to be running around like mad men constantly having to wear differenthats. This is not a complaint about any barista but more about the lack of direction from management. Read more
