Hi Erin, if your sandwich display case has the wrong sign, wrong items, then I don?t think it?s the customer?s fault. If you... switched bacon gouda and double smoked bacon, I don?t think you can be mad at your customers for something that was not right onyour end. You gave me and my cousins stank looks, and talked to us as if you were yelling at a 2 year old when I told you thatwe had the wrong sandwich. It was so embarassing as other customers were looking at us. I didn?t demand for a manager, or askedfor free stuff, I simply asked the sandwich to be replaced. You work weekend mornings and if you aren?t happy with your Saturdaymorning job then with your attitude you can apply somewhere where you don?t have to deal with people. So idk- you figure it out.You may be pretty but geez maybe put more make up on your personality? Thank you. Read more

Learning from a bad prior "grab-some-Starbucks" after-early-departure-of-hotel experience in Bakersfield, I called this place... the previous night to check on them about opening on schedule at 4:30 am ready-to-go. When I arrived at 4:28, one of the staffmembers gracefully walked to the door an royally welcomed me in. The barista seemed excited about my for-sure breakfast orderdespite her honestly being busy with the set-up. I, and my friend, had the basic same-old latte and black coffee as I had thesame old egg wrap. But, I MUST ding a star for the branch being out of spinach-feta-wraps, which we were informed about upon myinquiring phone call the previous night; my friend settled for a blueberry muffin as a substitute. Being out of a wanted itemdoes count as a shortcoming, so I can't give a full five stars.? Read more
Super quick and friendly drive thru experience. The girl was super peppy which is good since I haven?t had my coffee yet, and... she wore a mask and could tell she was conscious of other people while working. She was a taller girl with shorter hair if thatnarrows anything down for management haha Read more
This Starbucks has mobile orders where anyone can take your order. I had to wait extra time for my drink because someone else... had picked it up and drank out of it. Many Starbucks I have been to lately have mobile orders behind the counter for staff tohand to the customer. I would suggest this to this busy branch. Read more
