Most of the time this place is great. I always order non-coffee drinks. Today I ordered a double chocolate chip frap, and they... made it with coffee beans. I don't drink coffee and now feel queasy. I don't know why it's so difficult when I simply ask for a drink and then for them to add a certain roast to it to even out the... extremely creamy milky flavor it's the strangest thing every time I go here or anywhere it's like this sacrifice that I'mbloodletting I literally just want a caramel macchiato with an inch of a brew added to it and some extra whipped cream why isthat so difficult in strange and out of focus and impossible? This Starbucks board was not lit making it difficult to order since it was only 6:45 pm and was already dark out . They were... also out of straws, this location is open until 8:00pm but looked closed due to dim lighting. Read more
The only reason I?m giving this store 4 stars is because of the shift supervisor, Melvin. He is always so polite and very... professional. Wouldn?t be a customer at this store if it wasn?t for him. Always seems over worked though. Sad to see such greatppl taken advantage of. The morning staff also needs an attitude adjustment as well. Read more
Worst drink I have ever gotten .... I ordered (as I do EVERY time) a tall decaf frappuchino with whiped cream .... the first... time they handed out my drink it had no whip cream, I ask for whip cream (AGAIN), they then handed me out the drink ... This is one amazing Starbucks. They are fast, friendly, and on top of their orders. My office is right around the corner from... this location so I will order from the app on my way in to work and my coffee is ready for me to just zip in and zip out. Irarely ever have to wait in line in the drive-thru or at the counter and it is never a long wait if I do. Read more
