Prices have gone up while the products have gotten smaller. Practically no filling in the burritos. Sierra Mist we got was... sparkling water. The guy at the window, a blonde guy named "Maria" according to the receipt needs an attitude adjustment.Whoever packed the food bag smashed all the food on the bottom, including the tacos. The food quality was standard for a taco bell, just what you're looking for at times. My complaint is because of wait time. I... placed an order ahead of time on their site, arrived 5 minutes after the picked time, and then had to wait 25 minutes for theorder to be ready. I just ordered this. It's disgusting. I had to wait 20 minutes in the lobby with two orders ahead of me for this. It's cold.... It's old. It's gross. Called to see if they could make it right since I already left, but an answering machine picksup. Went in and had to order at kosk! Not easy for specialties items. Pay with card at kiosk if u have cash u try to get a person... that can work register. Other wise food was right. And made fast Read more
