Well, today their lobby was closed due to "staffing shortages" and watched an about 12 year old ride up on a bike look very... disappointed because the lobby was closed and he can't use the drive through. It was disappointing to me and chose to not usethe drive through either because that kid couldn't get food. It was sad. Usually their food is good when ordering at thecounter. Read more
It's Taco Bell. Food is fine. But very slow. Drive through lasted almost 45 minutes, and we hear another time lasted 2 hours... recently. Obviously need to fix a staffing issue. Will update if it gets better. Read more
I swear that must cook everything either early am or the day before I've only gone twice, but they were the absolute 2 worst... meals I've had from T.B. in 30 plus years. Maybe they could mix it up a little & try serving something fresh & hot or if theygot 1-2 even that would be great. Read more
Long line in the drive-thru. We were patient. We get up to the order board. Sat there for over 10 minutes and no one responded.... My wife got out of the car and walks up to the window. The person says that they're closed. It was an hour and a half beforethey were scheduled to close and they literally did not communicate anything while we sat there. There was no indication thatthey decided to close early. They could have at least said "hey we're short staffed and we're closing early". But nothing.Extremely unprofessional. I'm sorry to say this is the worse location I have ever been too my food is always wrong and it's not the first time and... they have the worse attitude in the world and I always have to drive back and get my food fixed and it seems like they alwayshave a I hate the world look on there faces I wish if people hate there jobs then just don't go stay home and play video games smoke weed and watch good movies I will never go here again i swear it's not that hard to press a button a chimp gooddo it ,better and faster and probably for alot less money Read more

I took the drive-through several times in the past few weeks. Customer service was great and they handled special orders well.... Fast service during the lunchtime rush and the food was exactly as ordered. Read more
We've experienced minor issues almost constantly, and tonight after an order was made, paid for, received, and supposedly... finished 'by 12:01' according to the Taco Bell app ... well, the drive-thru is blocked off, lobby is closed and dark, and theemployees inside are ignoring anyone out here. It's 12:35 and the store is supposed to be open until 1. We were told on thephone "we don't see it" ... OK so where did the money and confirmation go?
