One of the better dnd's. Quick and friendly. Love their coffee the only coffee I drink. Only 2 complaints but this goes for all... dunkins I hate the new lids without the locking lip. They are the worst in every sense. And even though I'm guilty at using theapp but it seems those orders take priority over the customers that are standing in front of them in store. It's veryfrustrating. Especially since my daily order to 2 coffee. I used to have a zero wait time. Now it's minutes and at a fewlocations I have waited over 10mins to 2 plain coffees. Went here this morning on my way to work and I?m not sure why I went here instead of my usual place other than it was closer to... where my day started. Ordered a large ice americano with liquid cane sugar and cream, should be 4 and 4. This thing is a sugarbomb, it doesn?t even taste like coffee! An americano should be fresh espresso and I?m 90% sure this is just their usual watereddown ice coffee that sits in a vat all day. This is the only drink I order from Dunkin and this ONE location just doesn?t seemto know how to make it. Read more

So over this location. has been my go-to for the last 4 years and recently there has been a big change in staff. since then my... orders have been consistently wrong. i ruled first off to people being new, mistakes, whatever. i get that. but i am thereseveral times a week, i also order delivery to the office during the week and my orders are wrong more than they are right.going to start trying other local options, not worth the frustration anymore.
