This store can't get it together. Some pizzas come out good. Other times they don't pay attention to order specifics. Today,... they wouldn't honor their quality guarantee from our last order. Buyer beware, order at your own risk. Read more
Giving this a 5 star because they make their pizzas VERY well here and the manager Wayne is awesome. On my last order... (delivery) everything was exceptional; only thing missing was the extra pepperchinis I paid extra for. I called the store andthe manager Wayne, although sounded busy, took his time to listen to me and said he would help me out on my next order I placed.He understood how good those peppers are. That was two weeks ago. I called and took him up on that offer tonight (8/15/22) andhe made it EXTRA right, pepperchinis and all. We are very happy, full and pleasantly spiced from the experience. Placed $71 order direct from store for delivery. Driver showed up with soda and 1 pizza. Order 2 pizzas, sodas, desserts, etc.... Told driver the order was not correct, missing a lot of items. Major language barrier, just said call store and walkedaway. Called store and was advised Doordash driver left without the full order. I didnt know they used Doordash for thierdelivery service. I thought they had thier own delivery employees. Spoke with Melissa at the store who was very apologetic andgreat to talk with on the order. Asked her to credit back what didnt arrive and she was going to make sure the manager creditsback what didnt arrive. Pizza that arrived was good, cooked right, etc. No issues with the food or store, the driver was theissue. Recommend Papa John's goes back to in house delivery drivers. You get better service from your own in house employeesvrs a subcontractor. If I knew how to cancel the tip I would but, got burnt on that. Read more
Papa Johns is making it difficult for me to support them when people constantly say that they are bottom tier pizza. I ordered a... cheese pizza and I basically got cheese bread, no sauce bombarded with processed cheese flavor. On top of that the slices wereprobably cut with a spoon in the most irregular proportions. I?m not asking for anything crazy at least I don?t think but asimple well executed cheese pizza. I rarely do negative reviews but I feel like this review is for the betterment of society.Training, practice , repetition whatever it takes to get the staff making a respectable pie. I order the stuff crust pizza. They told me 20 minutes when I got there I only waited 5 minutes and out the door I went. The... pizza was very very good and hot. They were friendly and greeted you when you walk in. There Bacon lovers stuff crust pizza isso good. I recommend anyone to try it you won't be disappointed. Another happy customer. Read more

I had to call 4 times to get phone picked up, only to hear ?yea your driver just went... out, can I help you with anything else?? ?Yeah dude your food left, anything else??
